From someone who's hypermobile and can do stuff like that, yes it can become a problem but for the most part, it's actually other things that'll cause problems. Like my thumbs, they're still as flexible as ever, but I played volleyball all through school and the constant thumb dislocations (I taped both hands for every practice and game) are what's causing me problems today. Not bending them. The injuries just make bending them more risky and potentially very painful if I have to pop one back into place.

That's for sure! Besides working 70 hrs a week running a family business and raising a son,.... I danced with friends for exercise and I started paying for it in my late 20's...early 30's. By the time I was 40 I was on disability. Blew my neck, spine, and a bunch of other things. What we see these very talented guys and girls are definitely gonna pay for it later. 😔 At least they can do it now and we get to enjoy their gift, especially Miranda. She can sing & dance. I will say this, dancing in heels like that is going to take a major toll on her body later in life. I 🙏 🙏 that doesn't happen for many more decades. 🤗 😉 ♥️

Double joints is a condition that just does not exist. Can you imagine having 2 ankle joints in one area? It's just not "a thing ." Talent and determination are hard enough to come by! But Vik entertains us with both!!
