You got the pronunciation right :) Yes, Diana is just so advanced, even at 15. And, I agree, about her hand/arm gestures too; this isn't often mentioned, but yet it is something so many get wrong. She just has mastered every aspect of stage performance!

One of my favorites by her is from the "Show Mask Go On" entitled "Oh, It's Not Yet Evening" kzread.info/dash/bejne/lZqIy7OketWymZM.html. It's an over 300 year old folk song about a Cossack warrior who dreams of his death in an imminent battle. On Diana's face you see sadness, anxiety and pain of the soul of the Cossack warrior. One would swear she borrowed that soul to perform the song. I'm not sure how many people appreciate the emotional gasps she produces here that absolutely melt me.

"Its a Man's Man's Man's World" is the second of four performances that Diana gave in the previous (2018) season of You are Super , when she was still only 14. All four performances are stunning, and by the time she gave the fourth the first three had already received 80m views. After the last ofthem, Igor Krutoy announced on stage that he would buy her an apartment in Moscow so that she could fulfil her dream of studying at an elite music school in Moscow. He did so within a few weeks, and she still lives there, having studied at the renowned school Gitlis. But her first masterpieces had been even earlier. Among them are live performances she gave between the ages of 11 and 13 of a song, "Жанна д'Арк," that tells the story of the life and burning at the stake of Joan of Arc. These performances are so powerful that when she was 13, a short 5 minute film was made - comprising silent extracts from Luc Besson's feature film "The Messenger,", starring John Malkovich et. al.., with Milla Jovovich as Joan. She recorded the song in the studio as the soundtrack (although putting it this way misleading, because the silent film is merely a staging of Diana's performance of the song). The result is superb. In particular, the intensity and maturity with which she depicts Joan's agony is quite incredible. If you are going to see her performances in that competition then I have a playlist with all of them in the correct order, i would suggest you to tackle them chronologically since all of them are masterpieces and i am sure that you would love them even more this way.

If you thought this was phenomenal, wait until you hear her sing Rechenka when she was 14. I think you'll enjoy her yodeling.

Yes, even at that age, Diana had that incredible depth of voice, and also demonstrating the ability to employ more range. How mysterious it is, that her physiology is so unique that it results in such a singular tone. And that very final line gives me chills, just like she is known for.

If you go to her Wikipedia entry you will find lists and dates of her performances in the 3 tv talent shows that launched her career along with loads of other info. She often performs in a Moscow club (The Woodgrouse's Nest in English) where she is much more informal but still turns in some memorable performances and there is no recording technician adding any special effects to the track. Her comments relate to the fact she last sang it 5 years earlier when she was 13 as part of her 1st solo concert and at the last minute decided to resurrect it for this concert. Isn’t she incredible? I strongly recommend Rechenka. I also love her performance of ‘The Ornery Horses’ by Vygotsky, when she performed it for the first time (she was wearing a pink blazer). It’s a very simple, stripped-back performance and very emotional.

I suggest that the broken clavicle at three, when she was found,affected her muscle growth pattern of her pharynx, larynx and the adaptation response to the injury gave her the polyphonic capabilities.

What can I say, she's got it. That is PURE God giving talent. I'm sure she worked very hard to perform that song to perfection! But us mire mortals could practice 100 years and not sound like her. You either have it or you don't. Diana has that MAGICAL AMAZING voice! After reading on Wikipedia about her early traumatic life I'm just glad she survived to share her magnificent vocals with the world!

You are off just a little. Diana Ankudinova was born on May 31, 2003 which makes her only 14 years old, so technically Diana doesn't turn 15 until a few weeks after this performance, but really, who cares, it's the performance that counts! The vocal competition Diana took part in was called the “You Are Super Super-Season” which took place on May 12, 2019. During this performance some reactors were saying it sounded like Diana was using Auto-Tune during this performance, or some other kind of electronic vocal Manipulation. The general consensus of many reactors, professional recording sound engineers, and vocal professionals, not just reactors, all say no. NO auto-tune was added or used, nor any other form of electronic voice manipulation. This performance was her second appearance on the “You Are Super”, vocal competition, Diana Ankudinova won the previous year in 2018. The 2019 season of the show was called the "You Are Super, Super-Season" and was to consist mostly of winners and finalists from previous seasons. As the 2018 winner, Diana Ankudinova was invited back, she also won that 2019 “You Are Super, Super-Season”. As an aside, in 2017 when Diana was 13, Diana’s vocal range was first measured from a low of D3 (lower alto range) to a high of A5 (upper alto range), which is still unusually low for a 13 year old girl. Diana did not have her vocal range measured again until she was 18 years old on September 25, 2021 during her “ShowMaskGoOn!” performance of “Can’t Help Falling In Love”. Diana still stresses about her biological mother somehow appearing in her life. As a result of that stress, she has begun to lose pigment around her eyes. If you look closely at her eyes in some of her most recent videos, you can see, poor girl.
