Still early considering they don't understand the humanoid transformations. Early in regards to understanding. Similar to Attack on titan where they had been dealing with Titans for a while, but their understanding of them was still pretty surface level. They understand how they work, but whats the next level, and why do they work this way.

Yo my understanding to why she didn’t wait until they came out was to reduce the the amount of them that were going spawn from its corpse since that was how they were formed and besides her gun would level parts of the city if she aimed at a horde

He can partially transform, when he picked up the truck he only transformed his arms
