Ok, I’m glad I’m not the only one who thought that. At first, I was like she has a very sunny personality, but as it went on, I began to wonder if she was having a manic episode.

Oooohhhh i just realized why her mom said "not today." She probably realized she was having a manic episode and knew she was impulsive. Tried giving her leeway with the "just a bit," but idk why she thought she was in the headspace to listen. Either way, she did a really good job!

That girl could use a hacksaw and her hair would still come out looking fab!! How on earth did she just do that and keep both her ears!? She has such a beautiful smile on her face and a wonderful attitude to life, we need more like her please!:)

Her parents are smart. This is the best way to parent a teen. In other words, "pick your battles". This is just hair, it will grow back. If they want to cut it, let them. If they want to color it purple, let them. This could be the compromise so your child doesn't go out and do something risky or permanent. I've had my hair every color in the rainbow.

I always said this. My mother wouldn’t let me wear jeans because jeans were meant for the fields.. it went on from there. I let my kids play with their hair.. not quite like this lol but like you said.. it’s just hair!

She’s adorable! She’s like a train, speeding towards a tunnel, where we, the viewers, know there can only be a catastrophe. Oh my God… I am a retired hairdresser after 30 years I retired when Covid hit!! I laughed so hard at your reaction!!😂❤️ So fun to watch her and you! The most laughter I have gotten in the last two years…😂😘😂😂

She's freaking me out. I took a lot of different psych meds as a kid due to a muchausens by proxy situation and some of the times I had reactions like this to them, especially the stimulant meditation.

I love how positive ( pun literally so intended) we were at the beginning of the pandemic, that this was going to only last a few weeks. Lol, we were cute

Awe man this beautiful energetic girl has my heart. This little ball of light is badly needed in our world. Since she loves cutting hair so much you should give her some free lessons and see where it takes her.

I still find it a miracle that she ended with something passable given the premises (I saw her video before). As you say, close up it will be a mess but it's watchable, not like some of the hair fail you show sometimes. I live your react video, you're always gentle and professional.

It turned out pretty good considering....everything. She definitely got lucky. Thankfully hair grows back....usually *looks at balding dad*

I love her energy and at the end of the day, hair grows back. A great gal and it looks quite good, short hair suits her.

I had hair to my butt, had suicidal thoughts/depression due to a close friend passing away....so I ended up getting a buzzed cut. I felt free. I was mistaken for a dude again but I didn't care.

Munequita86 I’ve done that too. I was asked if I was a lesbian. I’m bisexual but eh. I shaved my head and was put in a mental health facility. Eating disorder/self harm/suicidal thoughts/dissociation. It did feel good to buzz my hair off

I shaved off my waist length hair at 18 because my family always said “women need to have long hair” and I hated it. They were, needles to say, VERY angry but since I was 18, what could they do? Ground me? As I got older I had some hair fails and shaved it off another 4 times because I wasn’t too attached to my hair. Now I’m growing it out again and I’m hoping to get it back to waist length. So far it’s shoulder length at the moment. 😁

She's so cute and above all she has a gifts of heaven : beautiful , funny, be confident in life and herself and tremendously talented woman What she did to her hair is absolutely gorgeous

I did this while having a mental breakdown once after a traumatic experience. Had really long hair and cutted it to a length of about 5 cm. With a razor blade.

She honestly seems a bit manic to me.... she’s talking a mile a minutes, repetitious language, a bit obsessive language and she’s not thinking through her actions. I’m not saying that bad, it’s just her behavior seems like more than just “high energy”

She reminds me of my teen ADHD years. I still have got ADHD now that I'm an adult obviously, but for many people it is especially strong when they're teenagers. Especially considering that this is during quarantine. Nothing to be particularly worried about, as long as it doesn't stop her from achieving a "functional" level.

Hands down, the BEST reaction video EVER. I laughed so hard at you, this was totally awesome. Very glad she didn't lose an 👂 ear 😁 too lol.

I worked with traumatized children and teens before and her behavior gives me work vibes. I wonder, what she has been through, to act this way. But her hair turned out very beautiful. It inspirated me last year to go for a pixie cut, too. :-D

Not everyone who is like this was going through bad things. I know a lot of people who are like her. I am a kind like this. And we all just have ADHD. And she seems to be in the puberty. This is not something unnormal.

Ok, this girl seems like a really fun person to be around. She does remind me of an old friend I had who had manic episodes and would act this way but she was the funnest and kindest person I've ever known. I hope the best for this young girl.

It's impossible to diagnose a serious mental health disorder from a video in less then 10 minutes, by a professional or otherwise... Mania can be a symptom of many mental health disorders...ADHD, Bipolar, etc.... But I don't see mania when I watch this, I see a happy young girl excited about life.

It's this type of thing that people click on to see. I'm sure that she has her own KZread channel and I could tell by the way she asked her mom that her mom was well aware of what was going on. I especially agree with you though about diagnosing people on a small piece of video because they're transferring their illness or someone close to them on to another person.

I paid someone in Milwaukee, WI to cut my hair for my birthday. I had a Narcissist hairstylist. I left with the wrong cut, wrong color, horrible experience. It was my first time getting a long pixie cut. I've now bought everything to color, cut, and buzz my own hair. Before this I had cut off my hair that was down to my butt. I've cut my hair before and I currently trust myself over hair stylist. I hope this video helps.
