@@0kills hmm my personal theory is that in span of Tekken 1-3 Heihachi had some intimate relationship with other women first was Lars mother's and second with reina's and I think he kept her away right after kazuya died in T2 and then enter her life right after finding he had daughter, thus beginning the training journey of Jin and Reina with Heihachi in T3, more importantly Jin doesn't remember her maybe because Jin was late when he arrives in Heihachi dojo and Reina was already a successor for Heihachi in case kazuya return and kills him and Jin was nothing but a pawn for his goal to get ogres power to gain world domination.....Hope she has like big role in the story.

That walk at the beginning looks like her version of hei BB3+4 (Haha step). The move right after avoids lows but doesnt connect on feng, like a high version of hei's uf3+4 but probably without the +frames. The move right after that seems like a punish, very similar to hei 122 only with kicks (looks like 434 or 4, 3+4)

I dont think shes pure evil it would be dissapointing to just have another evil mishima and she apparently has some duality to her and isnt always mean so thats cool. You can also hear her voice change from light hearted to like meanish and gruff when shes calls out to jin and talks about fighting.

Since Heihachi is often acknowledged by everyone as the face of Tekken, I feel like the introduction to Reina and her new move list is supposed to symbolize their overall growth as a franchise and from their legacy movement lists. If you look at Paul and Kazuya in Tekken 8, their move lists, albeit legacy like, is sooo different from the first 7 Tekken games that produced in the past. Just my personal take
