    So I am confused now... I thought that wearing the fashion and clothing of a race you do not belong to is cultural appropriation? People from Singapore are not African so who is going to be able to wear these clothes without being socially assassinated? Also she is making Japanese kimono with African fabrics?! So she is culturally appropriating Japanese culture?! ... or could it more realistically be perfectly ok (And even a good thing) to celebrate and take part in cultural practices and traditions that are not your own and in fact it is the social justice warriors screaming "cultural appropriation" are the real racists and segregationists?

  • @aishaali6806

    Ankara is a fabric. She is trying to boost the material or fabrics into diffrent syles and fashion, so what is the problem. Even indian materials are used in asia and other countries to be made into dresses and fashion. Not only sari or indian clothings. Its have nothing to do with culture. Its all fashion

  • @rossilavery

    @rossilavery

    4 жыл бұрын

    @@aishaali6806 I wish the far left fanatics and socialist racists agreed with you but unfortunately they do not seem to. Currently there seems to be a big push from the self professed "progressives" to separate cultures, whether traditions or fashions, back into the idea that races should be segregated and any dilution or cross integration or in fact mutual celebration is frowned upon and is even punishable by them.
