WOW! Living in a house like that, I wouldn't give it up for no one. The peace, tranquility, freedom, why would I ever leave and then to go to Florida??? I have questions. I know, a man. We Always sacrifice for a man. I wish her the best. The one thing I really appreciated about her is that she paid $100,000 for the house & is asking for $132,900. I love her beautiful home! Selling it to move in with her boyfriend is a scary thought. Live with him for awhile and see how you feel. WOW !! Someone is getting a Beautiful, somewhat brand new home, she's only been in it for six months. This is such a spacious tiny with So many bells and whistles. Full size appliances including the washer & dryer Granite counter tops which I love seeing instead of the usual butcher block. Nice size kitchen & bathroom that doesn't feel like a coffin. 340 sq ft + spacious lofts, tons of storage, 2 doors, lots of windows, wonderful amenities. I love how she decorated it, the only thing I would add is plants and mirrors. I would not sell this Gem for no man just in case it doesn't work out, you Always have to have a back up plan. I would rent it out, this Gem is like paradise. I wish her the best !!

*As a woman who "gave up" her journey for love, it's HELLA DIFFICULT! I lived my van life journey for almost 6 years. In 2021 I moved in with My Love, we met during the pandemic and celebrated 3 years together in August. I'm STILL struggling with not being full time van life and have given him until I'm 55 (in 3 years) to come back with me on the road or we transition to a long distance relationship. Although I've gained SO much, I also feel like I've lost some of myself and have been grieving. I'm trying to forge a new journey and hope to be able to squeeze some kinda van life, here and there, in my life. Good luck to you in your new journey!*

You were an O/T for 45 yrs, while raising 3 boys on your own, maintaining a household, which is no easy task with both parties in the home. I wish your cup over flows with the purest happiness life has to offer, great success, and happy travels. The price of the home has been lowered to $129,500. That’s about what I put in to it after I bought it for $100,000. So not much profit, but someone will Love it❤

Great tiny home, it screams with quality all around. However I wonder about the mobility with such dimensions (width and height). Since the height is over what is allowed right? And that width requires a special permit? Anyway, it shows that a tiny house can be packed with full size appliances with no compromises (my preference as well) and functionality, and comfort. For a narrower. shorter one (most ones if not all...) it can be compensated by being longer. Cheers

I absolutely love love love the colors ! They are my fav also. They are inviting, calming and go so well together. I love the room in the bathroom also ! Geez if I was closer to retiring I’d be buying this ! I really like her Indian lady also ! So cool ! I usually don’t like them but this one I do ! Makes the area different! Who ever gets this sure is lucky !

You have a very lovely home. Those colors that you chose gray, black, and white would be exactly what I would choose. Gray is my favorite color. It’s nice to meet another occupational therapist that enjoyed their career just as much as I enjoyed my career as an occupational therapist for 35 years, I am now medically retired at the age of 59. I hope you don't sell it. I sold mine in 2014 to move to Ecuador with my best friend of 13 years. I stepped off the plane in Guayaquil and knew I'd made the biggest mistake of my life. The sweetest guy I'd ever known let his mask fall and revealed a monster. He was a malignant narcissist. He had never been my friend. He was only grooming me. Once he had me isolated from friends and family all hell broke loose. Not the least of which was draining my finances. I was 60 at the time. I'm not trying to discourage you from finding love. Only trying to encourage you to have a backup plan. And as others have said, if it all works out well, you and your new beau have a lovely summer home to visit.

Sharing your beautiful home with us I really enjoyed the tour and you kitchen was the prettiest kitchen I’ve ever seen even in a full-size house. It was perfect play the only thing I didn’t like about it was that there was no railing from the very bottom to the very top of that staircase. I’m getting up an age and I will be afraid of falling and maybe even Would want some handrails on the other side of the staircase. Also, I would say that it’s probably the only thing that I didn’t like about your heart. But that’s because I am my 70s and I’m always afraid of him OK for some great ideas I’ve never even thought of You I loved your home and I can see where you come from. Thanks for sharing my dear friend, you did a job .

You have a whole career of knowledge to share, and could add in some recovery psychology associated to recovery process and living well...... You are also a pleasure to listen to, you could do a you tube or vlog about life and your life, or inviting guests as well to interview and discuss healthy lifestyle, injury recovery...... Heck you're so pretty and well spoken, I would watch paint watercolours, or delve into any hobby you wanted to share online.... If you are so inclined, and wish to, you would do well... And I bet tiny house expedition would be forthcoming with tips or ideas as needed

Maybe AirBNB it and use it as a place to stay when you come back to visit your kids. Typically you can pay a management company a fee to manage it for you if the property company allows you to do so. They should as many people want to test living in a tiny house before they buy one. The property owners would benefit from potential renters testing if they want to rent there as well. You should be able to easily cover your rent and utility costs. You could probably charge $100/night to rent it.
