The oneswho put this dog in this situation should be made to tolerate these conditions, just so they get the message. so sick of seeing people get away with this. There is no excuse for this treatment, only abject disregard for this poor soul. And yet again they get away with it. So glad this dog was taken out of this hell hole, and given the chance of a better life. The owners should be made to contribute to its rehabilitation and care.

In Rumänien sehe ich das Tag täglich, niemand nimmt davon Notiz. Es bricht mir das Herz. Ein so ein Land gehört nicht in die EU in dem der Tierschutz so missachtet wird. Ich versuche zu helfen und stelle Futterstellen auf, mehr geht nicht. Den Menschen hier etwas beizubringen ist sinnlos.
