Looks like she did. But if so it's to troll the critics, not to cheat. To do that with magnets, for the length and speed of throw, you'd need magnets so damn powerful they'd be sticking the ball to every damn piece of metal net the hoops, not just improving her aim. And the ball would be a different weight.
