Yeah, I kinda hate that "community" term when it deals with single demographics. I've got four "cards" I can play online for sympathy groups, yet I want nothing to associate with most of them because of the "community stigma." I've seen too many coworkers and friends who spoke out against "their own" and were dogpiled for being the "wrong type" or "not out enough." Sorry for the quotes, YT filters and all.

I cannot understand how the people who claim to be against racism will also claim that people who have their skin colour are a community. Isn't this the very definition of racism? The idea that because you have a certain skin colour means you have a particular way of viewing the world is surely the most racist thing one could believe. This is quite literally the ideology of organisations like the KKK. They believed that ones skin colour meant that you had certain ideas and behaviours. How have we ended up in a society where people who denounce racism are promoting the idea of communities based upon race?

What is the black community? I'm white and wouldn't say I'm in the white community because not all white people think or behave in the same way. Seems pretty racist if I were to assume another white person had the same values, morals, or even entertainment interests, as me. Why is it okay, in her mind, to assume all black people would even want to be in the same community as her? We're all human, so are we all in the human community? Why is being part of that community not enough to stop people like her from passing the blame of her lack of success? Maybe I don't understand because my head isn't stuffed into some dark orifice.

She's not sorry and it's obvious she doesn't even think that what she said was wrong. Yes us blacks hate America. I hate this rhetoric that we all are the same and we all think the same and we all move the same because a majority of these people that happen to be black are on social media, saying the most outrageous crap because they want to feel oppressed and somehow normal logical, thinking people that are also black have to be lumped into that is outrageous to me I don’t understand how everyone just gets put into one group because the number of people that are talking right now that want to be the head of a demographic are speaking straight up bull crap. Like not every black person is going to agree with every other black person just like any other race I don’t understand how this is not a universal thing to be understood but it is definitely being perpetuated that we are all the same but everyone wants to stand out. It makes no sense. The hypocrisy is astonishing.

You cannot criticize your audience regardless of color. She should be humble and thank them for their support and watching her videos even if there wasn't a huge reaction to them. Another idea is not to make an ad only video but to put the ad in the middle of her regular videos. The ad should be short but informative to not lose attention. Thank the audience for their time and possible purchase of the ad's products and continue on with the regular content. To divide the audience and place blame on certain people on her presumption of who the problem is does nothing but alienate them.

Someone needs to remind her that her content is demographic focused. Which is (part of) why her "mixed audience" isn't happening. I mean what styling and makeup tips do people who don't have afro-textured hair and a moderate (or more) amount of melanin need from her? None, unless they just like to watch makeup videos because it helps them follow trends etc. She keeps inserting political and social/antisocial commentary content in with the cosmetics and lingerie when people didn't come to her page to hear that. And if her attitude toward dating is as big of a downer and a blame game (trying not to say the word toxic) then most people regardless of shade won't want that from her either. I am not on TickTok and don't care about beauty/dating videos etc, but I wouldn't trust her to set me up on a blind date, or do my hair.

She is right that a mixed audience is most likely more lucrative but the way she went about saying it was counterproductive, whiney, dull and unnecessary. If she was going to speak on this topic at all, she should've just said I welcome all people into my community. I appreciate everyone who gives me their time. It's no good attacking one group to appeal to another.

“I didn’t want to upset people as much as they got upset… I didn’t want it to get out of control…”. Really? So how upset DID you want to make them? Just slightly less upset than they got? Upset only at levels you could control? The world doesn’t work that way. And being a sarcastic c-- and saying she failed but “that’s always FUN…” doesn’t really make it any better. I just want to tell this woman, “You go, girl”. And when she asks, “So you support me?” I could tell her, “No. I just want you to go. Go, girl. Just… go. For Gods sake. Before you make things exponentially worse. “
