*ehhheeem* She should have never taken his property without his permission; it showed him that people can do whatever they want without consequence. Him having autism, he failed to understand the social boundaries and norms that would be considered acceptable in such situations and circumstances attached. This misunderstanding translated to, (If she can take my stuff without my permission, and get away with it, then I can beat her up, and get away with it.) (boxing bell) *Ding ding* I blame the teacher, bring it.

He’s not autistic, he’s spoiled. Was he diagnosed by his doctor, or his mom? Edit: Munchausen by Karen, she went from “crying for her son”, to speaking normally.

11:07 you do not know autism, that is most definitely a thing, the people that should've been there to take it away from him weren't there neither did they inform her how to deal with it, people who are far down on the spectrum do not handle things logically, they come with a manual.

  • @N0p1tyN0peN0pe

This one is kinda sad man, i know autistic people, they're irrational to deal with if they're fully on the spectrum, it sounds to me like a lot of things caused this failure to occur which lead to 2 peoples lives being ruined, sounds like he's a victim of those that should've handled him, and well, the same could be said to the victim itself. I think he should be in jail for what he did, but i do got to say that autism does a lot of weird things to people, they get extraordinarily violent from even little things, reasoning to them isn't the same as it is for people not on the spectrum. So, depending how far gone he is on the spectrum it kinda makes it hard to judge for me, she has all the right to ask for the punishment that she asked for, if i were battered like that i'd want justice too.

I am very appreciative of law enforcement. But, cops are not infallible. The current state of law enforcement employment is disastrous. Defunding police has gutted most departments so the good ones leave so they can support their families. Now we have under trained overworked officers that are not up to the job.

If it's a fake then his punishment should be the same as if it were real and involve a wood chipper. There have to be SOME things in this world that you just do not do unless you want to be taken up outta here permanently and SA or false SA involving kids is one of the big ones.

It's parents like these that do more harm than good with autistic kids. We're autistic, not stupid. We can learn if we're taught. Sure, some are more disabled than others, but you disable them further by not establishing proper boundaries.

I had a very similar incident, when I was in 1st grade I got very upset with a teacher and threw a desk at her, I was expelled and then placed into a “Special” school for 2 years followed by 3 years of weekly interviews with a psychologist in school until I got to middle school. If your uncontrollable you need to be removed from society that is just a pure and simple fact. I still have anger issues but I’ve learned to control myself. I don’t want to control myself a lot of times but I know it’s just what we have to do to coexist.

The result of using a condition to excuse unruly behaviour. Probably for as long as he's been able to inflict such behaviour on others. There's no free pass for behaving is such a way, and if it's a case of not being able to control it, then they need to be confined not only for other people's safety, but their own. And, using all the usual cards to try and claim the sentence had anything to do with race and body condition, simply doesn't wash. He's where he is because of what he did, not because of what he is, or any condition he may have.

As a step-parent to a 10-year-old daughter with autism and ADHD, telling her "No" and taking her electronics away was difficult. Not just because of her outbursts, but because it was difficult explaining that the reason wasn't because we "were mean and wanted to punish her," but that they were the consequences of her own actions. It took some time, but after consistent reinforcement, she finally understands, and now willingly gives them up when she recognizes that she behaved poorly or that it's bedtime. She no longer reacts so strongly. Now if only I could get her to care about her teeth (she still sucks her thumb) and homework!

Depa’s big ass didn’t get enough discipline as a kid. His mama got an excuse (diagnosis) and just gave up. I’ve known enough/am related to enough/have seen enough mothers do the exact same thing. They spoil them from the beginning, tell everyone to leave them alone when they try to correct them, and think their toddler tantrums are cute then the kid becomes a manipulative, hard headed asshole who lies CONSTANTLY to their enablers (parents) and relies on them to defend/protect them and the mothers are always such idiots who take everything PERSONALLY when they’re the biggest victims. Like, Suzanne… It’s probably not even autism. It’s probably an EXTREME case of ODD that you’ve groomed, so he ignores everyone and scowls and frowns and gives people the silent treatment before lashing out because they’re being bothered or MINORLY inconvenienced. Prior to the lockdown and the DROVE of diagnosis, I met and worked with plenty of autistic kids (not just ones on the “spectrum”), and they ALL had manners and knew ‘no’ meant ‘no’ and RELIED on discipline/structure and schedules.

This dude knew wrong from right. His anger led him down this path. There's no excuse for this behavior in polite society. One of my best friends is autistic and he's never beaten a teacher for taking something from him. This is ridiculous. Not fit for public consumption. Self-hating libtard mom plus broken history and spectrum assessment does not equal victim. Personal responsibility. Period.

So easy to Monday night quarterback. This officer had milliseconds to respond to a naked man holding a 4 yr old with a knife to its neck. The poor child was doomed either way……the monster holding him had no qualms harming a child. He has to deal with this for the rest of his life. This was a situation that was never going to end well.

It really irritates me when people use disability as an excuse for harming someone else or poor behavior! Nowadays people act like if a child has autism etc. they can not be disciplined (and no, I’m not talking about spanking). If a child is unable to refrain from causing harm to others they do not belong in a regular school, period. This was beyond hitting a classmate or a similar size or slapping a teacher, he wanted to kill this woman. In fact he has clearly shown in lock up that he is willing to harm anyone that upsets him. He needs to serve his prison time and then he needs to live at a facility that can properly care for and control him.
