I love how she sits and smile while enjoying her well earned lunch. She did not use any rising agents. In Trinidad we make buss up shut which is a bit similar but without the eggs. I just love people cooking in rural villages all over the world . One of the best I saw was a big brother cooking for his baby brother in Japan . I enjoy this video a lot , I had to comment twice 😊.

How patiently she cooks food ! Her kitchen is so clean while it is a mud house... Hats off to you.

The patience with which she cooks so huge amount of food in a natural way without any gas... knife..mixi etc is super exceptional
