The first time I tried these delicious fish buns were at a shop in Aucland, NZ. I liked them so much that I tried making them at home. I used normal curry powder as the spice but I will try this exact recipe soon. I use tuna in my recipe as we don't have that fish around here. Thanks for posting, love Sri Lanka and Kerala foods.
