That is a beautiful Thunderbird. I remember seeing a brand new Thunderbird Town Landau at Swanson Ford in Los Gatos back in June of 1977. That was one impressive car.

She looks fantastic, great score, will clean up and be like new when your all said and done. Looking forward to a restore video and final job. Make a longer video next time so we can see the progress.

Wish I was down there. While it probably would be better to re-paint it, that will buff up nice!

I had a 78 town landau, white with red crushed velour seat. My first car ever, I miss that tank. Went through about 3 transmission until I realized they were no good. Tough car though

You want a couple more of them? I've got one the same color and a baby blue one. For the little of these cars are worth I would assume that what I have would be great cars. I like how your t-bird shines. I actually like to see these cars get more love. Maybe that's happening now. I've only owned the dark blue one like this one since 1985 ish

I own a '78 Town Landau and a '79 Heritage. I would automatically change the entire fuel system.

Thems kind cars you drive out state they float down the highway. Who cares it only get 14 mpg.😂
