Is talking about overcoming low self-esteem a good thing to talk about when overcoming a challenge?

A common answer similar to that is "being too hard on yourself".
regarding overcoming challenge question is it okay to say about my journey on studying the nclex? Bec I'm a foreign nurse and I graduated decades ago sometime like that?

That would work! How did your interview go?
Is it okay not to have a goal of wanting to step up to a charge nurse or in management? Does that hurt me as a candidate

I wouldn't mention that in an interview. Just talk about the goals you would want.:)
