I'm sick of the false narrative that Ukrainian refugees were given preferential treatment. There is no comparison between Ukrainian refugees and those crossing the channel. Ukrainian refugees were women and children (not men) who were given temporary visas (not permanent residency) and are not here illegally, they had to apply and supply identification. They also didn't cross several different countries but fled to neighbouring countries, mainly Poland. I'm also sick of hearing "you can't blame the migrants". The economic migrants crossing the channel can be blamed because they are entering illegally, paying people smugglers, and throwing away their identification so they can play the system.

Yeah, Narrinda, I think we should be able to move to India and take over houses there and be given jobs, or it's racist not to. Ukrainians were allowed in temporarily because of a known war and had documents to prove it. Narrinda's pets threw their documents overboard in the channel. The facts are evident all around the world, Migration without integration creates cultural erosion of the host country. Britain has always been welcoming to immigrants, history shows they were acceptive of Caribbean immigrants to their country being colonies of Britain and shared similarities in cultures as some of our cultures, were derived from that of Britain, which I appreciate and I would not wish to change or see it eroded. I went on holidays last year and it was quite obvious that diversity had left London and there seem to be more silos communities .

The infrastructure argument is a red herring as is - we need these people to fill the vacancies - just build more infrastructure and reintroduce the Ministry of Labour. The real problem that non one talks about is the land taken as urban areas expand exponentially. Built over land decreases the size of what is left of this once rural idyll, the days when the countryside had character and Woke's grandfathers hadn't been born.
