I think the first step to having healthy hair is to NEVER do your hair when you’re rushed, upset, or too tired. You can cause unnecessary damage.
I love the before and after!!! A lot of people aren’t understanding the answer to the title of the video, but you’re showing us. The first step to healthy hair is to reduce the amount of direct heat you put on your hair, which is why you used rollers on your client’s hair. Also, it is very important to trim your hair when necessary. Doing both will allow the hair to thrive.... become stronger, healthier, and have more length retention.

I just love how you use the rollers to stretch the hair before flat iron instead of using the blow dryer cause I think it’s so much healthier using the rollers and it gives a lot of body. Are you in Georgia? If not, let us know when you decide to do a tour😁🤗🤗. Clients hair is gorgeous the curls after taking the rollers and the after flat iron is so nice🤩🤩. She’s gorgeous!!!!
Her hair is beautiful either with the set or the flat iron. As a Caucasian female with that poker straight hair as with the flat iron, I yearned for any kind of curl in my hair. Would sit for a couple of hours to get my hair permed into curls. She has beautiful hair and you did a fantastic job with both styles.

Coco Cole really? I can’t watch a video with no sound I don’t have the attention span for that lol but they probably want her to talk through them a little. Lmao. Its not just white women who have long straight here or even grow long hair naturally, asians, hispanics, etc do as eell. In fact non nlack women have natural long hair and uts not their fault that black women do so many things to themselves to look different inckufing destroying their oen hair with weaves
Ummmm where is the sound???... i thought you would be explaining the first steps of healthy hair???
Great job! She looks incredible.
the roller setting is a nice look if that’s All that’s happening... it’s extra damage on the hair to roll then go under the dryer for over an hour. then to also run the flat iron through it..a smooth blowout with a paddle brush is safe and quicker
I'm in love with her hair
Just as beautiful in the beginning, end, as was after the rollers.

L D I think what she was trying to demonstrate is that the first step to healthy hair is by reducing the amount of direct heat (blow drying) prior to flat ironing. That’s why she used the rollers, especially since they stretch the hair and you get smooth results. It’s just a healthier alternative if you’d prefer this method over blow drying.
