Well actually old dc sucked but dont disregard the fact that they are having a comeback with character origin films such as aquaman which got into the infinitywar level kind of film earning a lot. Now shazam is a game changer having comedic scenes which was unexpected, followed by the other expansion of the dc universe such as doom patrol, etc.
