Zach, you may never read this but dude you are killing it. People say that they clicked to watch Shawn Mendes (I won't deny that I'm one of them) but we also click because you're the one interviewing. The questions are far from shallow they actually get artists to open up about their experiences, their song-writing, small details that require a good interviewer to elicit those responses. Well done man!

I heard & saw him talking about it in another radio interview. He said it was an"older woman", she was 25 when he was like 18 or 19 if I'm correct. He said it was a 1 night stand.

Not only are you incredibly knowlegable about each artist and their work and make imteresting questions for them to answer, but you're incredibly respectful of them as well. I hate interviews where you can tell the artists are being made uncomfortable so I really appreciate how you are able to have them open up but stay very respectful. Keep up the great work!

These interviews are my favorite to listen to. As an aspiring singer-songwriter, there are days where I feel I've failed myself. I put so much pressure on myself to be at a certain point in my career or social life and fail to recognize that I can't let others around me control my future. Watching interviews with artists such as Shawn Mendes, AJR, Camila Cabello, Kelly Clarkson, etc. helps on the stressful days. In the moments where I feel as if I'm failing and my world is falling apart, it's encouraging to see and hear from other people you look up to. I know that everyone who I look up to was in the same position I was in, not knowing what life had in store for them...I know that if they achieved their goals, I can and will achieve mine, I just need to believe.

I loved how he always hugs everyone. Not many artists are this humble and I'm so glad I have him as my idol.love you muff

I am honestly so proud of him and how far he has come and i'm excited yet sad to see how much farther he will go. I love him so much and as much as I want him to become more successful I don't because I don't want him to become too famous that it becomes miserable. His music has brought me so much joy and tears and everything about him is amazing. He has definitely changed my life for the better and idk what I would do without him and his amazing music. His music is my escape and it's so relatable. He pours his heart and soul into everything that he does and I can't even describe how proud and happy I am for him. I can't wait for the album to come. I've been waiting for this interview for sooooo long!!!!

Shawn Mendes is simply magnificient! I love all of his music. My playlist is very very long! Saw him in concert on August 18/19 in Ottawa, Canada. He blew my mind! If you have a chance to go see him then don't let that opportunity pass you by! He is worth every single penny! Phenominal concert! What a performer!!!!

When he said that he sends his records to Camila, I legit died... HOW CAN U NOT LOVE SOMEONE LIKE SHAWN MENDES?!

Yes one of my favorite interviewers and one of my favorite artist it’s going to be amazing because I love how Zach really engages with the artist and is isn’t mono toned like a lot of these interviews that I’ve seen or whatever and it’s real and honest and nothing is forced I’ve seen Shawn only once on the illuminate tour and it was amazing I can’t wait to see him live again he is one of those genuine artist and these last couple of days I’ve stayed up for the song releases and every time they amaze me each reaction is different because I captured my reactions as soon as I hear it
