Not everyone intends to hurt someone.. assuming ur a girl..for example u have a male friend who feels lonley or hurt most of the time and ur the only person who is kind to him.. eventually he will start to have feelings for you(thats natural). But for u..u are just being nice to him u won't think much about that... And thats what I think the songs is about... sometimes we just hurt other without knowing..just have a nice talk and settle things before someone gets hurt.
