Perfect approach. The entire premise of the show is a business pitch "I walk into your house and ask for a million dollars of YOUR money because trust me bro." Entrepreneurs always weaving in some trauma to leverage a deal when at the end of the day it's nothing more than dollars and cents.

Agreed. She didn't have to throw that in. She was looking for sympathy and they painted themselves as something they aren't. If we saw this in the edited version (these can take up to 90 minutes in real time) I'm sure the sharks also saw right through it. Kevin realizes he's got plenty of time to do his due diligence before actually writing a check, so he can back sure what they said was legit. IMO their valuation was unreasonable. Just cause a product starts off hot, and will inevitably see a surge in growth after the show, doesn't mean it'll be able to sustain those numbers long term.

probably the coolest product that i have seen on shark tank ever!!!
Mr. Wonderful has gotten much better at deals. Not much better than Mr. Cuban though but, still much better than the others and from himself in previous seasons.
Seeing what happened after the show Kevin did not continue with the deal and even so the company grew well, something that I think he must have regretted, I would say.
Barbara is like a prop in this show. Just part of the set
more recent shark tank episodes please !!!
I wish I could chair that confidence with you- classic Barbara
This is a cool idea and needs to grow!

Kevin: "Sorry to hear that...hmmm...OK BACK TO REALITY!"
They have sales, but I fail to understand how they got there. I have camping chairs with cup holders for $30 that are amazingly confortable! + I would much rather have a real umbrella than whatever that was… not to be negative, but I don’t see an improvement here. My beach set up is : -back pack -umbrella -chair -cooler After watching this, I’ll still pick my set up over theirs.
