@@switchunboxing Yes, but typically offers are denied because they're not in her space or the valuation is bad or what-have-you. Since she made the offer already, she couldn't claim it's not in her space. If she denied the offer after he asked her to give up 5% *for a cat shelter* then she'd be saying that 5% of a small company is worth more to her than helping save cats. That's not a good look.

This is one of the strangest counter offers and am really surprised he got a deal with Lori (which I doubt closed).. he waited until the offers are out and then came out that he wants to give 10% of THEIR equity for Charity! If wanted to keep the promise, he could have reserved 10% for Charity and negotiated based on only 90% equity.. and Daymond's reaction at the end was priceless..

I have never seen somebody so passionate about a feline I definitely understand people consider animals a part of family but wow. Kudos to him though glad to see him passionate about what he loved.

Something a lot of people don't realize about Kevin is that he usually makes an offer in order to keep the show going, and to give a floor to the bidding. If he didn't make his bottom dollar offers, the guy would have never gotten an offer at all. Kevin represents the "public option," so to speak.

The "promise to mookie" thingy was a straight up made story!!!

He was baiting the sharks, into discovering wether or not they would give up a portion of their equity for cat charity and shelters. Its a misunderstanding to say that he's giving 10% of the other person's because that makes it sound like he's doing that to protect his own equity.

I love cats, I have 2 of them, and doing right to animals is very close to my heart. This is a good person.

This is the one issue of Shark Tank, cut throat business men & women doing something they would almost never do because they are on television. It makes me appreciate Kevin because in most situations he doesn't care and is going to make the offer that's best for him. I doubt Lori would do this deal if it wasn't going to be on TV, I'm curious to see if this deal went through.
