They were probably told by the producers to hype up the audience.

I can see the benefit of having the audience for certain products but I think most businesses are at a disadvantage with the live audience.

That last pitch was one of the greatest in fourteen seasons of Shark Tank. I'm really rooting for these guys and their company!

I don’t think he should’ve sold his company. Should’ve gone for a lower equity and after shark tank the business could’ve sky rocketed

With the live audience, the transformation of Shark Tank to an infomercial is nearly complete. Lori's great for this format from her QVC experience.

The last one was probably the most emotional shark tank pitch I saw to date.

The sharks were treating the second guy like crap for knowing his value even though that’s how they all act constantly. I can’t stand Daymon’s giant ego. He has the least money out of any shark maybe that’s why he’s so insecure. Fubu hasn’t been relevant since the late 90’s 😂😂

they messed this up with the audience, they are supposed to be professional talking about money. Just my opinion it affects the whole tension/drama

SOOOO many of you say Kevin is harsh, Kevin is mean, Kevin is this and that. But again, LOOK at him tearing up at the last pitch. He's a softy. He's a good, genuine guy. And that last pitch was the best pitch I've ever seen. The first time I teared up myself. Incredible!

Keep in mind the business, the fact his sales plummeted and had no money. His business was worth nothing, despite the sad story. She wasn't buying his business, she was buying the patent for other smart people to work on, or lawyers to go after others unknowingly infringing. Sharks have done this before; likely the patent is worth half as much but with shark tank mojo, it's worth it for the show. The family gets their $400,000 back with a $300,000 kicker and potential if it hits. Better than zero and nearly half a million in debt (likely all their homes and kids college educations.)

It's so evident that Damon is just hating on the product Collars & Co. because he sees it as a potential threat to his business.

I like the instant feedback. They can use that info right then and there
