Well because when you have an idea, product, whatever, that speaks totally on its own because there's nothing like it, then all you have to do is accentuate the bare essence of the product. The novelty/ unique factor is one that stands out in all areas of life, not just business. The man is very smart, understands all of this.

In all my years of watching shark tank this has gotta be one of the coolest pitches I’ve seen.

This guy actually did less talking than the sharks. Everybody kept throwing offers.

mark saw value in the man’s usage of the vibration technology for longevity of owning the tech for future uses, lori adds value from the product and marketing perspective. talk about dream team.

this doesn't work on iPhone 6, 7, 8, X, XR, and 11 since the edges are round, so I think this app would work only for a short time. The sharks were short sighted.

Do some research. It sold for millions to Carvana. it has much more applications than just with iPhone. It’s the data and technology that’s valuable.

Good part is Bruno comes out with great one Lori and Mark. They adds value more than anyone else in technological environment.

This was one of the cooler negotiations I’ve seen on Shark Tank… everyone wanted it and I’m kinda surprised how in demand it was in the tank!

The fun fact is here Apple the following year changes the shape and it made the app useless for phones. But they pivoted to 360 photos for car dealerships and such using the patent. There’s an interview with mark cuban about it.

I learned from this episode that Mark is forced to play nice with the other sharks in other episodes by offering generally the same investment as they do. But when he saw this product, he knew he wanted it so he upped the ante all the way up to $1M. But when Bruno suggested Mark and Lori team up, Mark had to ask Lori first if she could afford $500,000. Mark still could've easily gone for majority stake but he agreed to 50-50 with Lori.

He was trying to get 90k and somebody offers him 1 million and the guy didn’t take, outrageous!

Its an old show, the app thing didnt go well, but he and Mark Cuban turned the technology to another company called Car360 and sold it for $22 million, so he was legit.

I just wish Robert was there this episode because I believe it could have made the company so much better and grow it faster but it what it is

This is one of those where the inventor and his engineering chops might actually be more valuable than the product itself. Product is very clever but easily something Apple could kill with their own free app/product if they don't acquire the company.
