Austin needs to understand that while it's easier to go to the supermarket and buy some nut milk, nothing's better than nutting with and for your friends. It's all about the fellowship.

The sweat pro thing is a classic wrestler’s technique for cutting weight. Just poke three holes in a garbage bag for your head and arms, put it on, layer some shirts and a hoodie on top, then go for a run. Not a good way for normal people to lose weight as it’s all water. But if you have some medical condition that makes you retain water, it would definitely fix that in a hurry lol.

For all his comments about how many nuts etc needed now go think about how much feed, land, water etc that cows need to be milked plus the calves that get killed for milk production. On top of that cows produce a lot of methane too affecting climate. Farming cows is one of the most heavily impactful things you can do to the environment in farming. I'm not saying no more cows milk just that it's not as simple as Austin was perhaps insinuating

But milk tastes way better than any other milk ☠️🤣
