Share Location by QR Code

Trying to share a GPS location with someone can be very difficult. But if you are using the Pilot 2 app, you're in luck. Pilot 2 has a way to generate a QR code with the coordinates, which means all they have to do is point their phone at it and - voila! - fast access to any GPS location. This is very useful in a number of situation, but particularly for things like lost pet seraches, where you are trying to direct the owners to where their pet has been found.

Can also tap and hold the pin button, then check all pins, then sort pins and export as a kml if wanting to export a larger quantity.

You can. Probably more useful if you have someone else flying more than trying to help someone navigate to a location.
Cool thing, I recently saw this on a colleague's M30 and immediately asked if it was a native app or if it was some sort of add-on, he couldn't answer but after a few days and dropping my MT3 I found out I have it too, I'm a beginner and at this time I don't even know if it was before the update or it came with it, it doesn't matter as long as we have it, it's a cool thing. Otherwise the new update has a lot of interesting things. Thanks for your videos , they are great.

Yup. Not sure when it came out. The latest firmware has some very cool stuff so I'll be working on those videos soon. Stay tuned!

Only if the owner pays to find them. I'm not sure cats are ever lost. They just like to roam 😀
