Your hair looks great as it always does. I always wanted to try a pixie cut I think your haircut is a pixie with undercut. I’ve had short hair before maybe not as short as yours. My husband prefers longer hair which at the present time mine is shoulder length. (I’m 71 years young and think shorter hair looks better on older ladies) Yes I’m one of those who tries very hard to keep my longer hair to please my husband of 43 years. Thanks for taking the time to do this video.

Thanks Sharalee I too have cowlicks that get out of control the twist on the fringe then flatironing worked a treat.

I love how easy my pixie is to style. I have fine thin hair and use a hot air styler to dry and give a lot of volume. I take still shots of one of your 360 videos to my stylist with EVERY visit. 🙂

So glad you did this video! I have a pixie and I love it, but I do have trouble keeping it looking modern. My hair is very straight and fine, but not thin, so I struggle with getting the texture and lift. I think more root lifter and a flat iron will be key for me.

I love the grey tone. Trying to tone myself has been difficult. It washes out super fast aith wella toners. I have a pixie trying to grow out and struggling with styling. Thankyou for this video!!

I've been gritting my teeth trying to let my bang area grow more for my next haircut (it's a pixie still) when I donated my long hair 5 months ago I had the stylist cut me as short as possible because I knew it was my last hair donation I'd do. Welp, it was wayyyy to short, but I worked it like a Rockstar lol I've just about got a workable length in my bangs finally.. I can't wait to get in for my trim!! I have super fine thin THIN hair. She has a video with a wide part that helps cover the top of my head. Product is key! Kenra thickening volume 12 mouse, kenra root boost, kenra volume shampoo. And I even use a little joy wax. Either the original Aussie hairspray or kenra 25. I can make my balding head almost invisible thanks to Sharalees videos. And my hair lasts a couple days🎉 Next week I'm going as short as her most recent hair stylist video. My hair is to thin to do the undercut. I've had it like the one in her blue shirt 4 years ago. I swear you can do your hair like hers. Mine will never look as good, since I just don't have hair. But, being short and her style and color works so good. Thank God for Sharalee and her videos, just love her and her hair. ❤

Sharalee, thank you for making another hair tutorial. I went and got a pixie cut in November and still working on some kink to style it. I still have to use my curling iron or it will go flat. I cannot find the Enjoy wax here in Canada and I am using a AG wax. I find a lot of products too sticky for my hair. Do you wash your hair everyday? I find if I use a Dry Shampoo on the 2nd day , it is more manageable,( if that makes sense)! Thank you again.❤️🇨🇦🐶

I love the height you can get with your hair, Looks so cute! I have short hair and growing the top longer. My problem is my neckline really needs trimmed but all it does is stick up (even with products),,trying to wait it out since I need highlights too. Can I ask how often do you go for a trim?? Also, any suggestions for styling it wet. I have trouble with both arms going over my head to just dry it.

I found your channel through a google search looking for more modern pixies. And ever since then, your style is my inspiration photos that I bring with me to the salon. I recently moved to Houston and it's been tough finding a stylist willing to give me the edgy look I want. Most of them here refuse to use clippers and instead scissor cut around my ears and nape but it never looks the way I want to it. I finally found someone who was willing to do what I asked. Unfortunately, he only does hair cuts. A separate stylist does the color. Apparently, this very common here in Houston. I find it kinda nonsensical because my stylist in Cary, NC, did everything. She'd do the clipping first, then highlights, then finish the cut. I loved her and she did my hair for 8 years! If it were economical for me to fly to Cary round trip in one day, I'd do that!!

What alternative to dry wax do you recommend, please? It's difficult to get in the uk. I've tried other waxes, but they just don't seem to work like the dry wax. I love your hairstyle, and you were my inspiration for going short, and I wish I'd done it a long time ago!

Hi Sharalee!! Your haircut is absolutely gorgeous!! Would you mind telling me what shade of brown you your base is? I have been wanting to get my base back to a medium/dark shade of brown. I was trying to go platinum blonde, but decided against it after getting it bleached to start the process. But my hair turned a banana 🍌 shade of yellow and I had to go back to my stylist to get her to add some lowlights. But still it's a bit yellow, and she told me to use purple shampoo. It's SO dry now, but I bought a really good hair mask and have been using it once a week. It's by Amika for hair breakage and damage. I shampoo and condition my hair every other day w/Redken All Soft Shampoo & Conditioner. And use the Redken One United Heat Protectant Spray and my NEW Zuvi Halo Hairdryer. My pixie is like yours, just shorter. Thanks for the hair tutorial. Great video!! ❤🥰

Sharalee, do you find that the Enjoy dry wax causes build up on the hair? I just bought some and see how it doesn’t wash off my hands with soap too well so I’m curious if it causes buildup.

Should I use the root boost on all the cowlicks? I have a few but one over my left eye that makes me crazy

I have the same problem with cowlicks(sp?) in the front and back of my head. Unfortunately, my head is a little flatter in the back. Guess mom keep me on my back as a baby, LOL! I have tried to get a cut similiar to yours, but my stylist just doesn't get it right. Have an appointment next week, maybe I will show her again how your haircut looks. TFS!

Which also grows straight up off your scalp. I’m not sure you even need the blow dryer could probably do this with dry hair.

I would recommend trying an undercut (if you don't already have one) and then make sure your stylist texturizes your hair like crazy!!😘

I am still trying to "love" ENJOY. Mine is very hard and very difficult to get out of the container. I warm it up with the hair dryer, run my hands under hot water. Then dig it out with my fingernail, then rub it on my hands like you do. Have you ever had it that hard?
