that happened to me at walmart because the Walmart credit card switched from Syncroncity or whatever to Capitol One a year or two ago and i didn't know/update my card to a Capitol One card. i got declined twice with my Syncroncity card thinking what the hell, i know there's more than enough there. it's pretty embarrassing to get declined for a 6 pack of keystone and a Tony's pizza lol.

Can someone please explain the David Beckham reference she made to Shaq? I want to laugh too.

Yeah when I lived in China in the early 2000s I took the precaution of letting my Australian bank know that I was there and that they could expect to see transactions from Shenzhen. They also changed how my debit card works so that it is shown as a savings account even thought it is technically a cheque account (China is not big on cheques so their ATMs can reject a card linked to a cheque account)They actually thanked me for letting them know and made notes on their records. For once I was actually impressed by the service I got from a bank.

Rogue Sniper Gaming I said the same thing but he did say he picked up appliances which can translate to refrigerator, washer, dryer, etc because some wal marts carry furniture in-store depending on location. Even with that being said, it’s still hard to fathom that amount for appliances n stuff

My dad was the one he bought the tvs from at walmart way back then i have a photo of him and shaq taking a photo together that day i always look back on it and smile because sadly my dad passed in 2011 when i was 9 unfortunately i didnt get a lot of photos of him but that one im happy i got its a nice pic of my dad helping shaq buy a lot of tvs to donate to needy families.

I was declined at Chase trying to use my card on a fairly big transaction. They had to give special permission to OK the transaction because of built in limits protecting ME. I think any transaction over $4000 is denied until you call it in and let them know what you are doing. I was at Chase and had them wire the funds...problem solved.
