He beat NFL Hall of Famer, Jim Brown in a foot race. He's stronger than Mr Olympia, Arnold Schwarzenegger. Michael Jordan and him have the highest vertical in NBA history, 48 inches. He played 48 minutes a game the year he averaged 50 points. There are no players like him. He's one of a kind

I think Shaq can get some for the first 10-15 minutes. After that, Wilt's athleticism takes over.

Wilt played 48min a game .He ran faster than Jim Brown in the 40yd dash.Wilt was great.

You cannot compare a physique from the 60s and 70s to one from the 90s and 2000s. So either Wilt is playing with the advances and access of Shaq's era or Shaq is playing with the very limited access in Wilt's. Either would mean both are two completely different players. That's why these discussions are so pointless.

Second, we saw Shaq play against Hakeem Olajuwon, he wasn't better than Hakeem. Bryant Reeves always gave Shaq issues also. So did Yao Ming. So again. It's all good to hear Shaq talk crazy but the facts are the facts. Shaq likes to eat just like Zion Williamson, Wilt was big into fitness and he also had skill so it is what it is.

That game was not videotaped like majority of games of that era so it will never surface, there is radio broadcast archived, I've heard end of the game but aside from that you only have couple thousand eye witnesses.

ShaQ did not have the conditioning that Wilt had, Wilt was stronger better rebounding and shot blocker but it’s the only matchup I question the winner but I’d go with Wilt

@@a_person_i_think_maybe Nah, he couldn't shoot outside 4ft from the basket and they called charges. Putting your shoulder down and shoving anyone in the way out of it is an offensive foul. Put that with the fact that the game was much faster in that era and Shaq would have to man up and actually reach for his potential if he wanted to play. Shaq is a sad story of "what if". Guy had immense physical gifts, yet hated practicing and the gym ...while loving his fork.

Wilt's picture comes in my mind with andre the giant and arnold in conan costumes.
