Breakthrough guy for sure should be Paolo Banchero. His number may not stand out, but the guy is in his SOPHOMORE YEAR. He is leading this Orlando Magic team that seemed to have no direction into a 7 games series so far, and got them as into the playoffs as the 5th seed. On top of that, both their lottery picks from last year have underperformed, but Paolo is saving his GM's job at the moment. Franz's efficiency took a dip this year and Jalen's improved massively, so I only wonder what this would have looked like if the Magic selected someone like Cam Whitmore for bench scoring and Gradey Dick for his shooting, both picks which even on draft night they should have made. And add a veteran point guard to that team so they would have a fantastic squad for the next few years.
