Black implies white. Even when the world is in decline, it is always improving. If everything was white and we had no black, well, then nothing would be happening. It would be like living in a world where everything was as bright as the sun.

My mind is completely blown. All my life I have been taught there are only two true emotions and they are love and fear. Now I hear stop fearing. So that leaves love. I wish I could sit with this man on a regular basis. He could teach me more in one week that I have learned my entire life. I am a kidnapping survivor. I live in a state of survival and am constantly in fear.

Yes i have finally lost all fear and all toughts, the fear is only an illusion if u think about the worst thing that can happen that is what is scary the tought of it, the tought we ourselves created and if it happens it is not as scary as the tought of it was ✌️

'The fearful part is one day you look back and see you've wasted your lifetime, this is the fearful part' - I've heard this before but I haven't quite connected with it as I do now. It makes me deeply sad in my heart and body to realise that allowing fear to rule my life and choices is a sure way to get to that point. And for what? For the illusion of safety at the expense of my soul and joy? No thank you. No matter how hard, how challenging, how uncomfortable, I will always choose love, in thought, deed, word for as long as I have breath in my lungs. "you don't know. stop thinking about tomorrow." it's currently 3:30am where i am and i've been crying my eyes out all night from anxiety that won't stop. this found me right when i was meant to hear it. i struggle with very severe anxiety and have since i could remember. and as a result, i've always struggled to stay in the present because there are nights like tonight where i can't help but be stuck in a future that will more than likely never happen, and it kills me. and there are nights like tonight where i need that reminder to stay in the "right now." so thank you. so much. i can finally sleep tonight.

Fear is suffering and oppression. Embrace it and let it go. Fear can always return if your not balanced I spent 5yrs on a federal holiday, I spent that time meditating ,practicing yoga, qigong and reading every book I could find or found me. Then I got released society has its pulls and fear reappears but in another form with another face. I still know and practice I see through people see their fear and in aye of their fear. Why attach to fear why attach to a negative that has not happened yet the future is unknown only now matters. Great video☸☯️🕉

Fear is not an illusion. It's an energy created in response to a feeling of helplessness in situations where you believe you will be harmed and suffer pain. Pain is not an illusion either.

Now I know why Bruce Lee said Boards don't hit back to O'Hara. His adversary tried to strike fear into his opponent at the beginning of the fight. Bruce simply responded without fear and fought his fight and won! Movie I know but the message is clear.

I started leaning in to my fear to address the feeling. To truly feel it through my entire body. So I could move through it. It seemed to be about navigation and perspective.

I am 21...and till now i learned 3 most important things in life 1) my mind is completely mine...nobody can rule over it 2) always surround urself with high spirit and positive people ...if not found such...then better stay alone 3) pray...result of praying daily is something which can't be explained in words

Only love will allow pure energy flow. Practice that and you will be the master of your own world.

Thank you so much, I had a huge test to take, where I had to perform physically,, the fear associated with taking the test stopped me from eating weeks before the test,, I got through it, but it felt terrible,,I'm doing great now,, thank you again for sharing this very important information
