But since I saw that one video, I am searching and watching what he teaches and I have his notes written down. His teachings are so precise and even when I haven't met Master Shi Heng Yi, I feel like he is my teacher, guiding me from a dark place to being my best version. Just.. Wow...it's like you've been tangled up in emotional knots over years with a particular issue, and someone comes along and pulls just one area of your soul, and untangles you in an instant.

This resonates with me deeply. I express deep gratitude to you for speaking on this. I recently figured out that no amount of meditation, reading or listening to countless hours of spiritual videos can make you more spiritual, YOU have to create that environment within yourself. I also realized that kindness is the key, at least for me. There are times when I mediate and my dog will go crazy, someone will knock at the door or an innumerable amount of things will occur, that really used to piss me off until one day it hit me HARD!!! Spirituality isn't simply about meditation,we cannot let small interruptions allow us to forget what the Buddha taught, and I believe in his teachings above all things it was to show kindness and compassion in all situations ❤️. If I allow tiny things to take my peace then I definitely have a lot more inner work to do. Namaste and thank you 😊

That’s why Jesus always withdrew to a solitary place . It may not always be possible but I go to the country or a remote park and do a slow ,quiet walk. It re-centers you and the earth quiets your pulse and your mind. Birdsong helps too.

Best time I had with my Taekwondo instructor was alternately fast kicking a dummy. It was generous of him to play with me. Some instructors are playful others not so much. No matter we work hard. I am still working on my swim team coach in HS. He never got in the pool. Never Not to my knowledge anyhow. You can teach, support, even train without shaving your head. I apologize if I have offended the upper level management. It is a gift. Science is quick to label I would let it grow and see what the flowers look like. But, that is just me. Thanks for your help We also can afford to be generous with our team when our personal needs are met. I found that I do not have any money it is even harder for them to take it from me. Blessed are those that expect nothing for they shall not be disappointed. Peace brothers and sisters

As a panpsychist pantheist (words eh...) I feel this deeply. All of our internal truths are true. There is no such things as local reality, this we now understand, through science also. This can be known before this understanding. Our uniting force across all religions or ways of living, are rooted in goodness, love, peace, gratitude, generosity, happiness, self-discipline... Virtues not vices. People create egregores through the volition of their consciousness. We are supernatural beings, who are cocreators of the substance of 'reality' & everything in nature is more super than people are taught to see and believe. The subtle, the divine, the body, the spirit. When we begin to see ourselves as temporarily incarnated miracles of the endless Universe, by mere knowledge of self, by being aware that we are aware, then the crisis's that are being manufactured by the dark invisible hand are perfectly simple to overcome. Master Shi Heng Yi has talked before about people in other disciplines working toward self-mastery, (mentioning the Navy Seals), who practice discipline, perseverance, and recognize the value of mindset. First of all I look for authenticity. I listen to the message several times. I judge” the teacher by the content and appearance. If it resonates I investigate it further. Shi Heng Yi is an interesting Shaolin Master. He and his messages emerge in our time. I have been studying the bone marrow exercise and practicing. It makes a lot of sense to me. It has inspired me to get to know myself better and challenged my limitations intellectually, physically, emotionally and spiritually. For me it’s about how I investigate trying to find the key to my body and inner-self. The interviews give me the fuel to keep going. Thank you🙏

This is so accurate with my experience. The message saved my life it came just in time spojen by Shi Heng Yi. So i will be forever gratefull. From that time almost 4 years ago. There was few people who said the same message, teachings maybe spoken in different way but because of it i got to see more clear what was spoken by Shi Heng Yi in the first place. All the same story and all parts are true. Most certainly it is about the message. I grew up in both of these systems paradigms however you would say, my mother's side of the family was quite religious in a Christian Manor as well my father studied Kung Fu in Seattle with the Buddhist monks. From the youngest age that I could even remember both of these things were present in my life. I personally do not find this a question, for that it is all the same. Truth will be constant, truth is you and all of our brothers and sisters have the power to create. A true question is what will you do with it? Much love to all my brothers and sisters pursuing their purpose within the light of creation. 💓 Remember to keep on Growing!

I always felt this same way for a long time. I even see it in the Native American culture. The basic building blocks of all spiritual variations across the world are the basically the same.

I really wish I knew I had a chance to join this monastery, before I became a Christian. To resonate so highly with the interconnectivity of different philosophies, religions, people. It can be a blessing and a curse at times.

Interesting interview, of course correct ,however we all have experienced that fond affection for a 'teacher' Most often one from school who showed a care in helping us or passed us knowledge that positively impacted our lives. We never forget what that special lesson was that we learnt from them and naturally raise them on a pedestal. Though we rarely carry that relationship through our lives , they set us on a better path. What Master Shi has expressed was recently echoed by my Tai chi Master , which makes me realise how wise he is too.! I am grateful for both of them and love the messages and how they are impacting my outlook, more than anything.
