See you there.
Hello everyone,
Happy Weekend.
A good question was asked by one of our KZread followers (Dorian TKD) about how to jump higher in kung fu. Here I share with you some tips of how you can train this at home.
For me the key to jumping higher in kung fu is to train your body to be Agile and Light, so here I share with you some of my personal tips on some simple movements you can train at home that can help you make your body more agile and light and achieve higher jumps.
Hope you find these tips helpful, good luck with training.

You have to fall down and get hurt in order to do high kicks and somersaults. Thanks for the tip. Just like fear of water, fear of jumping and falling also has to go!

I really like this guy! He’s not afraid to go out and train in the cold and rain! These are the types of people who make large, positive changes to their lives by doing things most other people want to wait for warmth and sun to work in! But he isn’t afraid of the cold rain in bettering his own life and hopes of helping others as well. It’s easy to see this man is used to training in conditions most would rather not. Thanks so much for for making this video and taking the time to help better others!

@@KUNGFULIFE-shifuyanxin Hi Shifu, The video you have is side roll and that's very helpful. The one I meant was the forward roll. Usually we do the forward roll using the head on the ground, but that's painful, so i know you can do that by taking the impact on the side shoulder. I was wondering if you have a good tutorial on that.

You mean qi gong? There is also tai chi…meditation is one thing, but you do internal kung fu to gather and strengthen your inner chi and through meditation you learn to control your mind and breath as well so you can feel your chi…external kung fu strengthens your body so your chi can moveore freely and strongly in your body so basically…do an internal kung fu…it all includes meditation as a „warm up“….usually between 15-30minutes of deep meditation before the practice and in ba duan qin qi gong you have the massage with your brush in the end…guess you gotta decide what you want to do…but there is no „shaolin meditation technique“…meditaion is meditaion and any practice that includes your mind being controled, relaxed and focused to the present for longer than 5 minutes can be called meditation…
