For the convenience of any listener, I decided to give the timings of the chapters in this comment. As for myself, I have decided to listen to one chapter at least each day. May the merit gained from listening to these wonderful words of Shantideva go to the enlightenment of all mother sentient beings! ❤

At 1h:41min:18sec, when we hear a siren in the background, we shouldn't think of this as a mistake, rather we should take it as a sign of urgency in which to take on the Bodhicharyavatara! Time is a precious thing. Thank you. 🌻😊🌻🧘🌤

Maybe it would be easier to listen to it if you release it chapter by chapter (on several different videos). It's just a suggestion.
