Wonderful to see & hear this early video of my dear Master. And also to have John Shane doing the translation. It brings back such loving memories of Rinpoche's 1988 Australian Blackheath retreat, the 1st retreat of his i did & where John Shane was a kind helper to beginning students such as myself. Is there some unknown reason why all videos have such extremely bad picture quality? It really sucks because it really doesn't take much talent to set up a video camera properly and hit the record button and record a sitting person talking!

I think it was in 1980 years at a Rigpa center. We are fortunate that some people has preserved this
