I don't know how anyone who is a serious fan can sit in the comments and say she's "lost her spunk", she absolutely has not. Obviously, her shows in 2023 aren't the same as before. She's 20 years older now and has suffered through Lyme Disease, Vocal Dysphonia, and nearly died from covid. This tour is absolutely one of her best and I wish some fan would just take a minute and be grateful we still have Shania. She's living her best life, giving us some of the best music of her career, and having a blast on top of it! What more could we ask for?

I agree! People put so much pressure on the entertainers. Beyonce just started her tour. Some were criticizing her cause she had foot surgery and couldn't move as she did before. But still have good performances. They both are magnificent. ❤

Yes... She is a legend. Pure class, pure talent, pure beauty with a pure soul. Great she is still doing it with all the issues she has been through. You can tell it is her passion, her calling. Many fans realize & apreciate that from her despite not quite like she used to be. Love her regardless.

Awesome concert. I was there that day just a couple seats up at 4:27 so she was super close for a few moments of the first song. Made it even more fun of course. Was amazed how in shape her voice and body were and how she was able to wear her Leopard print costume from her 1997 That Don’t Impress Me Much video. The band, other vocalists and dancers were so much fun too. Took my 75 year old mom (who turned 76 6 days later) with me. It was her first indoor big concert. She loved it. Great short trip from the island, but so expensive these days with ferrys, hotel, food, drink and concert costs. Also met a very interesting couple on the boat back who’d gone too. ❤

Acabei de ver o show inteiro neste video.

I wish I could say this is the concert I got. It wasn’t 😭 I saw her in Utah May 24th and we didn’t get this happy, with it Shania. I absolutely love her. I have been a huge fan since her very first album. The ones that weren’t well known. I don’t know if she ended up getting sick or what but it was really awful and I was so disappointed. She seemed high or drunk during our concert. No energy no connection with the crowd, everything felt forced and sleepy. Again, this concert here that I’m watching is SO MUCH BETTER.

But she’s still singing to all of it, backing tracks help but a lot of times they keep them low so you can sing with them adding richness and to help any imperfections, but I will tell you even during man I feel like a woman she lets the backup singers hit the high notes yet she still sings just in lower harmony… which if you know about singing harmony is actually equally impressive. Plus she played guitar and sang which is very hard to do in case you haven’t tried. Think she did amazing despite her vocal challenges.

I just watched this show on you you tube, and don't believe anyone is walking out on it. But she could have sang her 3 monster number 1 hit songs - No one needs to know, love gets me everytime, and If you're not in it for love. She could have sang all three along with her other classics. Or maybe has an encore. It's only about an extra 13 minutes of singing. She has enough hit records to do a 21/2 show. Her medley was filled with some non hits, and unreleased songs - why? Why not do a medley of The Woman in Me, You've got a way, and God Bless the Child.

Unfortunately, she ain't got the capacity to do a 2 1/2 hour show. Plus, most of the cities that she booked for the tour, including Vancouver, have an 11pm curfew for music events since she booked some venues close to surrounding neighborhoods! This means that all events at the venue (including Rogers Arena) must be finished by 11pm. *NO EXCEPTIONS!* Any violation of the curfew will result in a $1000 fine per minute! As for the encore, it was reserved for two of her biggest songs, "That Don't Impress Me Much" and "Man! I Feel Like a Woman!"

I agree she hasn't lost her spunk. But there are some songs missing that were huge hits for her...I'm Outta Here, Noone Needs to Know, Love Gets Me Everytime, Life's About to get Good. None of the songs she did in the medley were hits. For some strang reason, some of these songs were only released in Europe. But I was happy to hear she eventually brought back I'm Outta Here. I understand promotinh and playing knew songs on her album. But don't ignore the ones that put you on the map. With what concerts cost these days and with her discography for three decades, her concert shoukd have been 21/2 - 3hrs. long. And it loojs like she cut out some parts of thecsongs UP, and Getcha Good.

Few artists can keep the strength and stamina of their voice over a lifetime for concert after concert. She did way better than most expectations especially considering she lost her voice from Lyme Disease for so long and had to have surgery for it. As for the songs she played, they were all awesome because her new album is awesome and what is always promoted on every artists tour. Next time listen to the new music more folks if you don’t want to be disappointed with your unrealistic expectations. Learn to enjoy life. You’ll be happier for it. The first song sounds like a great song. Her vocals are not nearly loud enough and if she can't help it, that's what a good backup singer is for. To help you along. But it does kind of sound a little lip syncy. My biggest thing is why the hell does she look like Johnny Depp as Willy Wonka? I watched a concert of her on TV and it ended with her and this beautiful white horse on stage and I was just in awe. I've always spoken so highly of her. I've just watched a minute or two but I'm not compelled to watch more. Thank God The Cure is here touring. I've been brought to tears and I've been trembling just watching it on KZread. I never recovered from the only live show I've seen of them in 90 or 91 in Atlanta. They give their all to their audiences. You won't see Robert Smith with a backup singer for God sakes. He has the most amazing voice in music history. And he still does. He opens his show with a brand new song no one's ever heard like Shania. But un like Shania, we cannot wait for the album to come out so we can own it and we are listening to it over and over again on KZread. The Cure is, as always, un fucking believable, emotional, beautiful and timeless as ever. Thank God for Robert Smith. And thank you Robert for the new opening song Alone. I will always cherish it like everything else. And the way that evolves into a planet Earth tumbling through space until we can't see it anymore, perfection as always. Every song is better than the album or the radio could ever play it. Just as always. Thank you.

If she hadn't lost her voice, she would still be perfect, she wouldn't have to sing on playback because she always sang brilliantly live. I'm so sorry, but I'm rooting for her and keeping my fingers crossed for her. I don't condemn her like others. I support her further!

Sadly, she had Lyme disease and it *SCREWED HER VOICE UP* real bad along with nodes. She had to have surgery to reconstruct her larynx in 2017 shortly before the release of her comeback album, Now! Also, during the early stages of the COVID pandemic in 2020, she actually ended up hospitalized with a *GNARLY* bout of that virus and nearly died (she survived thankfully and she and all her backup band members and crew are vaccinated now)! The after-effects of her COVID infection combined with her serious medical condition REALLY screwed her over! We almost lost one of favorite female singers three years ago to a virus that sparked a three-year pandemic that ruined the entire world! If she goes any higher, only dogs will hear her.

I went to the Lincoln, Nebraska concert at Pinnacle Arena. While it was fun and the staging was imaginative, I feel the sound system overpowered everything. Way, way too loud. To the point where you don't get what is being sung at times. Even in this video from Vancouver, you get a sense of that with the way an arena concert unfolds. I saw basically the same show, except she wore a bright red wig for the Nebraska concert. I like a more natural hair color from her like this one was in Canada. It does not help when the fans sing along loudly. In a way it does only that you can sort of make out what song is being done because you hear the fans near you shouting it in your ears, but meh. Sound overload in arena concerts, what can I say?

The whole tour so far sounds like a hot mess. Sound is over powered vs hearing vocal. I question if autotune software is used for pitch. I question alot if Lip sync is going on. If you pay close attention many times some things look prerecorded.

I thankyou for posting but i think she was singing or lip synching to pre recorded tracks, plus the volume is too loud ts overpowering the backing singers and Shania herself.I know she's had Lyme disease and surgery and its caused her voice to be different now but if she's relying on autotune, bcking singersand lip syncing most of her shows now its time she retired. Its not fair on the fans who come and pay a lot of money to see her expecting a live show.
