You want the defender to commit one way so you can go the other.

Big Dave nailed it. When the defender shifts his weight, he will be too off balanced to effectively stop you.

Jordan Aramoana not a sin to not know Shane. He’s an international level rugby player. I assume you don’t follow welsh rugby or you’d know him. I love rugby but I certainly hit new faces and names almost daily.

Begging on your knees to be popular

I honestly dont rate his step at all cause anybody can do it. The best sidesteps are the ones where you can step someone who is standing directly in front of you. Watch Roger Tuivasa-Sheck.

Not trying to rain on anyone's parade but I'm not too impressed with his sidestep in this video. I've seen him do a couple of decent moves before but that stupid jump he's using on school children just isn't practical and will might not even shake a prop in competitive practice

Berkley Thomas Can you please show highlights of your international carrier to highlight your comments? After all there's nothing worse than someone hiding behind a keyboard and downplaying someone that's worked hard to achieve international recognition and is respected by all nations that play the game (I'm a Kiwi).
