i agree with your statement completely. however, on a biological standpoint, every child at around 5 years old develops the nerve response to become aroused. they cannot control it nor is it abnormal for them to act upon it, but it can be triggered by something as simple as a shoulder touch. its just human development. so yes five year olds can think that way, but only as limited as their brain can process as well as what they have or have not been told. i don’t believe anyone under 17 can consent. it’s just disgusting to me. and large age gap relationships dont sit with me right either, even if they are legal. anyway i just wanted to drop some science to say that five year olds are going through the first major change of the biological need to procreate. however that NEVER means they are ready to consent, engage, or see sexual activity.

I remember in his book how his high school video teacher was saying how his jokes aren’t funny and offensive. @@AT-vp8qw actually, yes. Before I was abused(which happened when i was 9) I did lots of stuff to myself thinking of other people. I was 6 or 7. No trauma happened till I was 8 or 9. Nothing bad whatsoever was done to me in that way. Its rare, but yes, kids can be s*xual. I discussed this with my therapist and he said it's possible, though rare. I'll trust my mental health professional of 30+ years:) I totally get where you're coming from, I hate shane and anyone who s*xualizes underage people, but this is a real experience, and im valid. I'd say a probable reason is preteen girls at the time he was just starting most likely only saw his looks and maybe saw him as a "bad boy" because they knew if their parents would watch his stuff they'd ground them so it might've been thrilling to watch his outrageous and edgy jokes.
