I couldn't help but think that when Nate was going from the Vetins to the Von Trapp grapefruit that having a cup full of coffee beans might help reset his senses before trying something with a dramatically different flavor profile. I learned a long time ago that places that sell perfume often keep a glass of coffee beans around because smelling coffee beans helps reset your sense of smell by overwhelming olfactory receptors briefly, allowing you to perceive different scents like perfume or craft beer more distinctly afterward and since you guys also have such incredible coffee, it would double as a way to sneak in a shoutout to your coffee brewers!

I found Stiegl's grapefruit raddler here in Hong Kong and really enjoy it- good mix of the pithy bitterness of grapefruit with a bit of sweetness for balance. They make a lemon, but I prefer the grapefruit.

The splash grapefruit radler is fantastic - so refreshing!

for sure - definitely a constraint of no preproduction. just roll right into it!

A big ask here… could you PLEASE put out a video on amaro and some general recipe development? I have a key lime tree that’s going to be loaded with ripe fruit this winter :)

I know the black glasses are purposely being used to stop you seeing the beers but it would be great if we were able to see what they looked like… maybe a small glass next to each can with a little sample of each beer (hidden from Nate’s view) would be good so we can get an idea what they look like, could be a cool addition? Love the vids anyway!
