Yes it is mint . We add mint leaves in Pakistani biryani .You can try it & u will definitely like the taste.

Very useful video. The audio at then end should be clearly audible with mic kept close to mouth and no music. That way we get the complete story clearly. Liked. Please post more brand comparisons. I've used shaan quite a bit and fully concur with your analysis.

Since 2012 - i am using National & shan masala only in Dubai.

National masala slight masala. so add half table spoon chilly powder.. mast briyani will be come..

Which one has more khade masala in them? I think Shan but if you can please confirm. MDH is garbage (even though I am Indian). Can confirm Pakistani masala for Biryani is better

Shan is best for biryani ..if you want khade masalay then Shan (biryani) masala has more whole spices than Shan (Bombay biryani) masala .

I think it was National that tasted better as Shan had that scent smell from a spice I don't like as it smells like perfume

Biryani is muslim food so you guys know better who makes it better. I would prefer shan instead of mdh or other. I love biryani. Thanks for sharing - I am indian but i love pakistani food
