One important feed back is missed that's how strong is this biryani powder for using to prepare the biryani that's the Ratio of flavour and taste vs quantity. Like this much rice + mutton + raw veg indegrents = quantity of biriani Masada.

Apparently he has to get 1 million shares before releasing that info. This recipe is okay but Shan makes an awesome mix. I blend it before use and always get great result.

U are absolutely right. Shan biryani masala is good for aunthetic Biryani. Renowned Shefs or Food bloger they never disclose secret ingredients tips & trics. They increase their own bussiness only.
