Maybe invest in a shamanic drum,rattle crystals ie presili blue stone helps with past life regression ,iolite is a good crystal and clear quartz to name a few,a feather and cleansing herbs like organic mugwort or sage. I use my drum for past life regression at the minute but be warned you may not always like what you find and look into how you can heal yourself after a session if you found that session an emotional rolla coaster,I accessed one after another right back to the beginning of time with another piece of freedom spirits music ,this creator/creators are amazing at their musical master pieces and have wowed me at how effective they have been towards myself ,a true talent they are and are gifted,I love all their music and on the odd occasion tap my drum along which takes me further into trance,so more effective with headphones on ,enjoy your journey it seems a door has been opened ,don't close it ,it seems it is your calling to do great things

My last dream that I was able to read, came to pass and was a lot to handle. So, I'm currently working on processing that further, so that I can move forward.

@@juliaachenbaugh9094 always do things at your own pace and what makes you feel comfortable this is why we have feelings to help let us know when is the right time,I was in a mess before my calling and shamanism helped me move forward helping me to find strength when I led a life of weakness,it gave me stability and direction ,a purpose ,belonging and so on ,it is a process and journey as everything ,take your time don't rush as when we rush we can stumble ,just make sure whatever your moves be happy and make sure there is energy for strength

I meditated to this earlier today. Went out after for a drive to a place, an old mill from the 1830s on the edge of a lake. As I walked up to the bridge I saw a black feather in the grass at my feet. I smiled acknowledging spirit in my presence. Took a few more steps and a bald eagle swooped overhead. I followed it thru the trees to where it landed high on a branch. I watched for a long time. Then walked to a new vantage point 2 see her again. She flew out over the lake to a new tree branch. I looked down at my feet was a large bull snake. I stepped aside...gave it berth. Hung out there w the eagle for a long time. Thankyou great spirit for hearing my prayers.

I am not Indian, but the Scottish side of me in ancient times, did alot of drumming. I am a spiritual sensitive, so it speaks to me that way. My son is part Cherokee, so I feel it that way. I don't have words to explain that. But drumming speaks to my heart, soul, and spirit.

Nobody is just light. This idea of you being one sided is just toxic. You are grounded as a human being. Which means you decend as a human and ascend when you leave earth and die in the form. Everything is one thing. When you don't integrate and don't embody, you just live no full life and for it you came here.

I seen an old tribal ceremony, big fire, 3 very older men, group of ppl circling the fire. Then I was brought out on some kind of bed carried by 4 warriors. The eldest man had the men lift me up to my feet. They buried my feet in the ground, each one poured a lot water over my head. (I could physically feel my body vibration) the wind made from men chilled me but the fire dancers made an open in their circle and I had to face the fire. Everything was symbolic reminding me to stay grounded, breath, water is mostly what my body is made of and I was taught to look fire in the eyes but with caution. Then just before it ended another warrior took his finger dipped blood and let it run down my face as he touched me between the eyes. Symbolizing the blood of Jesus. WOW what an awakening. All animals were there. But these warriors had their face covered or painted. Amazing journey.

I have a bodhran drum but sometines when I'm drumming, I sense a Higher Presence. And the first time I had a bodhran drum I caught a picture in my mind of a.woman sitting by a cave drumming. I got the feeling the scene was from the stone age and that she knew me. I never forgot her. 🌎😔🌌

A while ago had attended a shamanic drumming session, which was proclaimed as once in a lifetime experience, it was a beautiful experience but that actually didn’t worked much for me….. This one did ! Have never ever experienced such unfolding of different layers of existence, right upto the nothingness. 😇💖 ‘I am’ and ‘I am not’

So powerful I kept asking who am I. At first I did not see anything then I saw me in a white dress and I was in the forest . I felt like I was there for a reason. Then I seen a beautiful white dove flying over me hurt and bleeding fall before my feet. And I scooped this beautiful dove feeling so much love. I held the dove to my chest in my arms and I seen a golden light energy flow from my heart onto the dove . The dove moving and ready to fly. I kissed it on its head and said you are good now smiling and say I bless you with a long healthy life and he flew off. Then as I looked around me so many hurt and bleeding animals. It felt a bit overwhelming but something in me just knew I could heal them all. So one by one they were healed blessing them as I did the dove. Then as I looked down at my feet . I saw people hurt and bleeding. Again it felt a bit overwhelming . But I knew I could heal them. After we all stood together it was so beautiful. I felt connected then I seen a tree looking like it needed healing so I hugged it and it grew strong again. Even a wilted flower I healed. Showing me Love heals all. That I had enough love inside of me to heal everyone. That had a great healer inside of me. That could help others to heal this world people and myself. I have see me healing a white dove 🕊️ and Someone was like part of me picking up the dove together healing together our love together making this all possible. I have spoke of this too many. Yet I did not know how I was to do this or release the great love and healer within me. But now I have received my answer . That I asked. I am love who heals everything and everyone. All you need is love. Love is all you ever need. Hearing in my head playing now. Thank you to all for this extraordinary experience. I am ready now to share my love and gifts and talents with the world. I had not one doubt in my mind. I could instantly heal all that was hurt all who were hurt.

Well nothing real can't be destroyed by nothing and noone, it's just to learn to see without seeing, listen without hearing, tasting without touching, keeping without bending and controlling, knowing without thinkinking, trusting without mistrusting even when everything seems be against you, centered in your own middle connected to all and everything in past future and present, just kill the source the programmes and the resonances of the illusion of all matrixes and reconect with your true self, your feelings build the thoughts of that creates the real natures spirits, Energy is never lost it just sleeps and wakes always up when it is the right time, What ever is real always grows under the illusions just to get a much higher vibration. This is the most incredible experience. As soon as the drumming intensified, I could feel the ground started to shake. I could feel the heat leaving my body and I closed my eyes and saw this house. I could feel this great inner knowing flood the forethought of my mind. I am home. I am connected. I am earth. I am love I am more than I believe Hands down my favorite meditation EVER 💛💛

Great music to connect to the sprit guides.

I put this on last night while relaxing in bed. The music pulled me away and I had this voice inside my head singing along. Then I seen a bright light almost like the sun, but when I entered the light it was dark only a fire going. I could see my feet moving and I was dancing infront and around the fire. When the music hit a certain part I felt like being a stung by a bee or poked with something hot. The fire grow stronger and this Chameleon appear on me . It held on while my dancing increases and some how I think I changed colors because before I came back to my body the Chameleon Went from brown to red. Once back I turned my phone off and went to bed . I did sleep good but man my body hurts this morning.

@@AngelsofAnarchy Right now I pursue a threat spiritual nature. I believe they call them Archons or zata reticulans. It all started like this, I was doing something Christians would consider sinning. I was lying on the internet for sexual pleasure. I was getting sick about every 6 months I almost died a few times just last year and had to go to the hospital multiple times. I believe lying called an unwanted evil force upon me. I was seeing things and hearing things. I started going on a search to find out "Who" I was and how to protect myself. Believing in God and this dude named Joshua led me hear. Once I found this video I looked up Druids and found out that everything that I do that I thought was weird things about me was druid like making wands from Willow branches, I can make my own cloaks and within the last few months I learned how to fight with the staff so awesomely that you wouldn't believe me that it was only a few months it took me to learn. I even found a necklace at the Goodwill I bought for a medieval event I thought was the symbol of Thor but it turns out it's a druid symbol with three spirals connected. I believe in the force of nature and the spirit of this planet. I don't know if it's Kelki or the great Who but somehow I am or was one of these figures because now I believe I and We need to protect, meditate and learn how to astral project to protect ourselves and others from this negative Force. A lot of people right now are saying they're being attacked by some type of unseen negative spiritual parasite. I believe learning how to astral project is the only way to protect us from this unseen Force. The first time I listened to this I had a vision I started seeing symbols and then it seemed like I saw through The eyes of someone on a ship or in a small cockpit that I could walk around in. I don't know what that means but I just started meditating so it's probably going to get nuts "so now I train". I believe a lot of this has to do with the RF towers they're putting up everywhere I can see three of them on my block just standing outside my apartment and I'm by two Banks of 12 so 24 of these new smart meters that I looked at and they say patent pending on them and now with this new autism video I just found no wonder I was getting sick they've made our food unedible. It looks the same but lacks all the vitamin minerals our bodies need to sustain us so I do believe it's time to rise up and take back our planet. "She's calling us home". I kept seeing a coyote wolf mix running in the forest. And a lot of chills. My hair was standing up.

Same but mine was in first person as this big black wolf with 7 tails, neon purple markings walking in the forest at night. It looked so fierce and during the day when the light shines on its fur it turns pure white and the markings turn gold. It resonates with my dream of being given white ancestral beads and Gold cowries. Then I heard the words "I am spirit." when it stopped walking I would look down at my left paw and i had this purple spiral mark going up my left leg. Then I noticed the drums made my left hand pulsate in the centre like a heartbeat. I so happen to be a psychic that keeps seeing an image of a massive black wolf lurking in the woods with purple eyes that glow really bright. I'm told that this is how people perceive me energy wise. 😢

I did a cleaning for the first time in my life..I'm speechless in how i feel...my roots comes from mexican indigenous as my wife of native America Comanche..i can't but this in words when i cleaned..she would also tell me, it had to be from me if i wanted it..

The beating of the drums represents mother Earth heartbeat. Letting me know we are all connected to mother Earth. I must start putting my bare feet on mother Earth's soil. As all negative Energy will be released from my body. Then I can draw into my body mother Earth's healing energy. A'HO

Did you know that , when it gets colder you can ground yourself to 🌎 using a simple wire ❓ (with a metal stake into the ground) You can also even ground to the 3rd prong of a standard 3 prong plug 🔌....this way you can stay grounded for hrs while doing almost anything including sleeping ( I have had some very interesting dreams when I'm this state ...I am so grounded right now as I text this ...) It may sound crazy , but it WORKS ‼️

@@thomasskokan2001 I always heard it was better to put bare feet on mother earth soil. The negative energy is released through the sole's of our feet. Along with the toxins. If our feet stay on her soil we would receive positive energy into our soles. The metal pole plus wire for grounding sounds like a good way to ground too.

@@vickypyron543 Oh bare 🌎🌍 is the best ( & Natural water as well ) but this does work , & you can ground yourself while doing in house things , & sleeping & meditation.There is a video of the entire Austrian orchestra playing in their bare feet on conductive copper pads that were hooked up to 🌎 ground through the electrical outlets in Vienna, Austria , in ? 2013 or. 14 ...It is quite a sight !

18 and a half minutes in doing deep breathing meditation and listening to this my entire body became energized to a point i felt like i couldnt take it anymore and slowed my breathing opened my eyes and eventually sat up still dont feel close to normal still listening tho gonna finish this and try again for a full meditation another time but one of the most powerful experiences ive had so far

This morning as I listened to meditation music, I kept asking "Who Am I". Then this amazing video pops up in my feed. 😄😇

I am of the gods. I saw Odin and a raven with beautiful marks, I saw many things passed most of all I am all the elements Of light and dark I am a warrior while under the many layers of conditioning. I have forgotten who I was. I saw the layers being lifted and greeted by a woman wearing a leather hooded cloak with fur trim. I took her hands and was shown many past lives living the life of a warrior in each vision

My favorite listing just in special moments. I never heard anything beautiful like that music. Lots of reflections during the listing. Namaste

A little patience with yourself is what it takes. Are you lead to healing, protecting, making things happen to define changes in the life around you? It takes time and being around the right people to do so. The more time you spend with people like that, the less time it takes to figure out.
