Hello, I personally do not think much of such courses. Go for a walk in the forest, enjoy nature with all your senses. Listen to the trees, sit under a tree and concentrate on your breath. There I think you are doing more for your soul. Nature is a great healer.

I have question regarding the ancestor., this makes me confused many times, but somehow I always forget to ask..when spiritual people say pray to the ancestors ..do they mean literally? like physical bloodline ancestors or spiritually..meaning any ancestors from previous lives before this time. Because as you know, that we are born many times, we are only an avatar..

I think that it is impossible to give a general answer to such questions. Only one's own experiences remain. Also the question whether a spirit lives only in a human being is questionable. That is why I travel to the spirits of the ancestors. From my point of view, it makes the most sense if they are ancestors who have been deeply rooted in my origin for thousands of years. Since I know I come from Europe and am half Germanic, half Slavic. I speak to ancestors from my area. Everything else is then astral visits, travels, trips to other cultures. Even if the knowledge almost always turns out the same.
