I used to fall asleep to this song night after night for months at a time. It's years later and it came to my mind today, and the soul evoking, soothing bliss that it once was, still is. I feel blessed to have had this song in my life, it is extremely special.

Yes, I used to fall asleep listening to this song also nearly 25 years ago or more. And I absolutely loved drifting off to sleep listening to it, soul-soothing. And it's soooooo good to listen to it once again. It came into my mind a few days ago, so I looked it up. Funny to see your comment!!!

Tantric ! This track vibrationally grounds me more than anything I've heard on the earth and I'm a musician. The pitch that the droning is at is very lower chakra and pulls us towards groundedness balance and humility. That's just my experience have a beautiful day friends

I worked at a metaphysical gift shop in the early 90s where we sold new age CDs. This ONE really stood out as truly capable of facilitating theta. Still the best.

It’s been the same blessing to me since I bought it over 20 years ago. I use it for mediation, yoga or to sleep Or just to center me and ground me again

my mom used to listen to this album all the time. reminds me of warm summer nights. i remember it the most from this one time i got sick and i slept on a cot or something in her bedroom, and she played this to help me sleep and gave me pineapple juice. i haven't heard this album in years. really nostalgic.

I have the original copy of So Be It. Hippies never die l, just wear tie dye as I am today while I start my wet Vancouver Easter Friday with my cat and growth work.

I use this music whenever I have inner healing work to do. It helps me go deeper than when I don’t listen to this.

I do yoga to this music every morning and I keep it on while getting ready for work. It grounds me.

I had a breakthrough experience on a mushroom journey two days ago listening to this. The textures of sound are so deep and perfectly layered. Truly transformative experience. Thank you to the beautiful souls who created this offering. It was obviously channeled form a higher source. Many blessings and happy frequencies to you ✨🙏🏽

I experienced life with my children, and at the time girlfriend, and mother to those kids, with this masterpiece. My life got changed forever. Dmt couldn't even come close to that experience. Watching your life creation, at work, with their minds deep in thought. You can see it in their eyebrows. Knowing they may need help, but knowing they need too also figure it out. When you experience that, then you have been blessed with a trip with the God's.

My husband - who was a super skeptic - would listen to this track from Joe Dispenza's meditation. Immediately he would go into a trance, and had "you wouldn't believe it" experiences that he was shocked by. This is the only song he listens to and it immediately gets him in the zone. Thank you for making this powerful piece of music

This was the only thing that allowed me to stop the monkey mind when I was first learning to meditate. It still is one of the best music for staying centered, meditation or helping children wind down and go to sleep. Beautiful

I listen to every night, it calms me, and I fall asleep within the first few minutes

The CD came with the same Literature and face cover as seen on You-tube. Slide that out of the plastic protective cover. Unfold the literature. It should unfold into three sections and say "Spiritual Environments: The Magic Behind the music. It explains how the "...recordings use music in combination with environmental sounds, Brainwave Synce, 3D sounds and other sound enhancement...are incorporated...Brainwave Sync induced binural beat frequencies...The difference in frequency between two channels for example 7hz results in a subsonic wave that allows the listener's brainwaves easily to fall into sync with that frequency, in this case a Theta frequency. This results in a following frequency response of the brain and slows down brainwave activity...The main frequency ranges Anugama uses in his compositions are Alpha, Theta and Delta frequencies..." The explanation goes further but I have given you an abridged version. If you only have access to the album at You-tube I suggest you order a new hard copy from Amazon. The quality is much better. Have been enjoying sharing this with my 2 year old daughter to help her relax and fall asleep in our new house. She asks for him at bedtime and loves to gaze at his face on the cover for a few moments before she closes her eyes and practices her breathing. So comforting for relaxation and meditation.

A song you can blast and still relax to

This is beautiful composition. Heard it since it originally debuted. Peaceful, meditative no matter how many times I listen. A great contribution. I play in the background when I can't concentrate on work. Changes my state.

I actually ordered the CD I was so moved. This is on another level, connects with something primal it seems.

This is an excellent CD to journey by. In case you didn't know the music has binural beat of around 4hz which makes it even better for meditation. Even if you have a hearing problem, your heart/breathing will synchronize with the drum beat. I put on so that I can JUST barely hear it. Sometimes visuals happen that astound me. I wish they would make a CD with just the drum beat and sticks. No Flute. Very distracting to me but it still works.

Robert G I hear what you say re the distraction of the sticks and pipes. I think there are other Aruguma tracks with only binaural beats. It is distracting especially when you are using it for sleep therapy.

I stumbled across this while searching for music in a movie that I saw. This isn't the song that I was looking for, but it's not bad music. I have lots of music which I find to be calming. The movie "Midsommar" has two songs, which I've purchased. I've used those songs to make my own little two-song, playlist, score. "The House that Harga Built" and "Fire Temple", are the two songs. Perhaps people, here, will like those songs too. "Reflections of Elijah", from the score to the movie "Unbreakable", is also nice.
