Few months back I was also suffering from these problem. What my brother told me was to be thankful to God whatever he has given to you starting from morning thanking God for allowing u to see beautiful morning, taking breakfast say thank u God for offering me bread. Don't try to sit lonely in room. If u feel like u r depressed you can either do journal writing or u can contact your dear one during this time. Just because of my in laws, husband and my brother I was able to cope up..hoping for speedy recovery

When I listen to this music it feels like I am walking on dried leaves alone through forest with a few birds chirping .Such a peace.It reminds me my childhood.
