That big girl was pulling my PA12 all over the place! I had switch from left to right side about 5times so I didn't get completely turned around. I was afraid she would spin me & tangle on my pedal drive then possibly break me off! 27" long & 16.5" girth

Caught my new PB in super shallow water Sunday about 2-3' a deepest. 9lbs 3 oz, then second cast after releasing the monster I pulled in a 4lb 1 oz. Was a good day! 3 weeks before that I caught a 7lb 4 oz an 5lb 8oz & what was my pb before Sunday a 8lb 6oz. On frogs & big swimbaits Kkkkklash9! I've had an incredible past month! All in kayak, the only way I've fished past 9+years

does OPS make a mount for the SS series for a power pole and rudder for us now motor folks?

You can mount whatever you want on it. That said, if you have a Power Pole you don’t really need a rudder, just put a few inches of the pole in the water and it will keep the boat straight

Love the videos, i know you love the ss127 im torn between the ss and cressant sholie im only leaning towards the sholie because i keep hearing of tracking issues with the ss. I only plan on fishing small slow current rivers and small ponds/lakes mostly river what do you recomend

If you are worried about tracking then the Shoalie will be worse. People use the word tracking when they complain about the SS and it’s 100% off, they aren’t talking about tracking. They talk about the wind blowing and causing the boat to turn in the wind, that’s not tracking. Tracking is when you are moving, the SS has a double keel and that actually makes it track better than any boat in its class. When it comes to weathervaning or turning in the wind, any kayak is going to do that when you have rods and gear (and you) sticking up on one end of the boat. I solve any issue like that by putting a small amount of the Power Pole down to create some drag and you can do the same thing by slightly lowering your anchor into the water when not paddling or you can actually just run a line to the front or back and use a short piece of rope with a weight in the end to do the same thing like a drag anchor. As a river boat the Shoalie is designed to be more maneuverable and the issue you are talking about would be worse.
