Mid-length, goofy, the town, the style, I assume it is Lachie…
This spot looks pretty insane!
That was nuts! So close to the rocks.
I think it's awesome that people actually ride it these days. when I was a kid it went unridden. For years I'd marvel at the consistency of it but it was too close to the rocks for me. The next point along was a different story though and I've ridden that breaking on the back shelf lol a beautiful part of the country well it was back then I suspect that it's a bit more crowded these days but good on them lol "Aussie Chopes" lol great nickname for it

when the swell is smaller outside of holidays on week days you can surf spots all to your self still here. if people are chasing a swell the no.
Abslotutely the best drone footage I’ve seen. Targets stayed center the entire time on every clip!!! Mad drone skills👍🏽👍🏽🤙🏽🤙🏽🤙🏽

Cheers legend! Got a new one popping (hopefully) later, different spot but same vibes 🤙
That's some serious energy unloading on a reef. Those barrels are sick.😊❤
old school wipeout section at the end really shows how critical this place is. Solid vid.

Thanks 🤙
I have never seen a more gnarley wave this must be terrifying to ride its almost dry reef the whole way through !!!
Only thing tougher than this crew are the barnacles hanging onto that ledge
Great video but I still reckon no music serves the video better. It's great just hearing the waves and the surfing environment.
Surfed it a few times, hated every moment haha

Sick vid, definitely a wave for boogz 🤘
Sick footage, nice vid.
6:42 is the reality of the place...........dry surging exposed ledge end section
That is straight up nuts
Still the most intimidating spot ive surfed. The drone angle dosnt even do it justice of how heavy it is.

Makes Cape Solander look like Trestles
Bro riding an absolutely massive longboard essentially (way too thick for a hun even if it did have a pointed tip) was super impressive

would have been nice to see how they handle the rocks after a crash
I saw the thumbnail and it looked very familiar, I grew up around this area, this whole stretch of coast is so underrated, i miss it dearly.
Looks like the bigger waves are actually safer!

I was about to post the same thing. the smaller ones are just dragging people into the rocks even when they make it. it looks like the bigger ones dont get the backwash as much either....
Damn!! 😁
When the whitewater really doesn’t go anywhere, you know there’s trouble below

Que belleza del señor
All the countries with crowded famous surf breaks like Australia pushes surfers to more remote dangerous waves there are hundreds of these in Australia the bonus is it produces high level surfing...
@simonellis8092

It’s not that remote tho - it’s just a spot nobody thought was surfable until it was.
One of the better sessions I've seen in literally 60+ years of surfing. Keep these coming. Aloha

yo can you imagine going over the falls here?!!
Is that Voodoo Cronulla has a shallow needle sharp reef.
Teahupoo 2.0🏄
Fark me.. Gnarly
fark this is nuts
That'll be the Aussie Tahiti imagine that at 20-ft
Made me pop my pants
I had to work that day.
Hey look, a teeny tiny Teahupo'o
Where is this???
where is this?
Great video. Ridden it a few times 15 years ago. What's with the jerk-Skis?
NASTY WAVE
Imagine how good this would be with good music and good water footage?
Very little margin for error. Experts only at this spot.
Moonlight or grey river
The only thing scarier than the wave itself Is the psycho music you chose for this video...
Tough wave to surf 🥴
i like slabs
Anyone remember the ferrari burried in a giant 4x4 puddle, on the track out to this place years ago.
@danb8877

really. its a rough rocky track. surely there's photos of that.
@reqww3585

It was probably mid 90s before mobile phones, and the internet. If I remember correctly it was stolen and they took if for a joy ride and used it like a 4x4.
Music spoils it, though. Much prefer the sound of the ocean. ✌️
@WeBodyboard_Official

Fair enough.. I do actually have this session on a massive 10 hour video on the channel.. ocean sounds the whole way though 🤙
id love to see see this spot at dawn with an offshore and at high tide
Hasta tiene que jugar en Francia verano, ,no no

in a little tiny town, population 698 , somewhere on the east coast of australia, that has a shit ton of insane reefs (6 other reefs and points) with in 100 meters to 1.5 k of this wave and a few more epic ones just down the road. and we shall not mention it.
