He can’t beat Canelo but he’s definitely a better fighter stylistically if that makes sense. If Shakur was taller and could make the weight easily and keep his speed and legs he’d beat Canelo. That’s not genetically possible but Shakur is still a much better boxer hands down.

Crawford was getting exposed by Diaz, Crawford got no footwork, head movement, or feints. He was also getting exposed by a washed past prime Porter. Shakur has skill, but not on the level of Canelo but above Crawford.

I really think shakur is better then devin
