If you dont mind me asking, how do i make dry beef ? Do i use dehydrator ? and do i salt or put flavour with this ??? Do you have quantity / measurement for recipe i can follow as new to this cuisine ? Thank you

Hi i have brought dried beef from meat shop or else you can buy wet beef and dry it for 2-3 days in sun. Dry red chili is our local chili if you are Bhutanese you will know
