Shahi Suji Halwa Recipe | Semolina Halwa Recipe | Rava Halwa Sweets Recipe | N'Oven
INGREDIENTS & PROCESS:
½ Cup Semolina / Suji
Roast 3-5 Min. In Low Flame
Pour In A Bowl
1 And ½ Cup Milk
Keep For 5 Min.
¼ Cup Ghee
2/3 Cup Sugar
Cook Until Brown
¼ Cup Water
Carefully Add The Water
Add Semolina
Cook For 5 Min.
1 Tbsp Almond
1 Tbsp Pistachio
1 Tbsp Raisin
Cook For 2 Min.
Chopped Nut

i made it same way,but sugar k rocks hue small ,,some ofthem left...but taste gets very nice..how to make so that sugar rocks will not b there

Mene banaya sugar caramel v Kiya but Mera asa color bilkul nhi aya swad v nhi hua 😢
